Il Berkley Suites è una bellissima casa a 2 piani situata sullo stesso terreno del Berkley Manor. Situato direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Silver Lake, il Suites offre splendide viste sul tramonto in tutto il lato ovest della casa, rendendo la vostra visita a Ocracoke molto più memorabile. Nelle immediate vicinanze della casa si trovano il quartiere dei cigni e il terminal dei traghetti di Cedar Island e il cuore del villaggio di Ocracoke. We stayed at the Berkley house for a long weekend. The location was perfect and the house was spectacular. It was the perfect size for our friend group. Phoebe was very easy to communicate with and was a great host. Highly recommend!

property was in a perfect location for us. Very well laid out home with privacy for additional guests. Views of ferry docks and sunset was an absolute plus and only added to the ambiance. Will definitely be back

We had a group of couples for a kid-free getaway, and this house did not disappoint! Great location, house was very clean and Phoebe was great to communicate with. Already planning to come back!

We had a great time! There was a bit of a snafu with the people staying at the Manor but Pheobe handled it wonderfully! This was definitely ranked as a must do again for us! And the pirate fest was literally out our front door so it was easy on my cripple self to move about and get to things! The island was also small enough that restaurants and the grocery store were within walking distance as well!

Girls Getaway Weekend
Our group of ten friends stayed for a long weekend at the house and had a wonderful time. We were scheduled to arrive during a very stormy week with ferries being canceled and Phoebe went above and beyond to help us. She communicated constantly about ferries and weather, etc. We could not have been happier with the house itself and the location and the outstanding customer service that Phoebe provided. Thank you! We’ll be back!

We had 6 couples, so this house was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The elevator was convenient for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. Overall, this was the perfect house!

When we visit Ocracoke we try to be as centrally located as possible. And now that our family is considerably bigger, finding a place that keeps us under one roof but with several different bedrooms is key. The layout with this particular home was perfect and the mini-fridges for each bedroom suite were so useful.

The place was not a distraction from our activities, and had comfortable and sufficiently large socializing space. Elevator was nice for those with more limited mobility and for bringing in luggage and groceries.

One of the nicest rentals on the island! Was able to accommodate 16 people and with the different suited the kids didn’t hear the adults after bedtime! Great setup!

This house is in a great location and within walking distance to everything in ocracoke. The house is beautiful and set up perfectly for multiple families to be together yet still have privacy.

Perfect for a family or large group.
Phoebe was very responsive to my questions before and during our trip. The house is awesome and the elevator was very helpful with our parents there as well as bringing luggage and supplies to each floor. Beds were very comfortable. The concrete patio was perfect for spending time outside or parking your car. The location is spacious but in a perfect location. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house on Ocracoke! Plenty of room for our large group and had everything we needed!

We love Ocracoke! And THIS PLACE!
We had a wonderful stay here! The suite arrangement is NOT a typical beach cottage layout, and it's nice to have separate areas for people to go to. The main kitchen and living room area is a little small for 12+ people, but everything was laid out well. Phoebe and 1 of the owners were very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this place!

Berkley Suites
Excellent location close to the heart of Ocracoke village (most importantly the ice cream shop for the grandchildren) The property entrance is off of the Main Street and there is plenty of parking and a a very large yard. We enjoyed being able to have access to the boat dock and it’s close proximity to the house. Beautiful sunset viewing overlooking Silver Lake and the sound. Plenty of room to accommodate large families. Loved having an elevator to help get food and coolers up to the kitchen.

Great property for groups with kids. Each family had their own space with the 3-suite design but still felt connected being in the same house!

Wonderful accommodations , great location to Ocracoke village. Very helpful staff . A lot of thought was given in designing this house very well laid out for a large group.
