This is a very nice building, very updated and spacious. Our room was lovely and we had a great view from our balcony given how tall this building is and we were on one of the higher floors. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchenette area with an induction stove but you’re not allowed to actually cook, only for warming up good which we thought was odd. They did include complimentary beverages and a small snack bag in the mini fridge which was nice. They also give you 2 bottles of water. Reception staff were friendly enough but mainly focused on getting you checked in. They make you sign up for their email newsletter list on an iPad so that’s something to be aware of if you prefer to opt out. They also take a photo of you and use this as face recognition to allow you into the buffet breakfast. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. There so much variety and everything was delicious. They also have a coffee bar where you can request espresso or blended coffees in addition to some self serve carafes. I didn’t know you could order additional drinks and they don’t include signage so I wish they did. The staff didn’t seem super happy to do it for you either so maybe that’s why. Overall this was a very nice and comfortable stay and decently priced for our budget.

Face recognition technology felt a bit invasive. They also don’t warn you beforehand and just say they need to take a picture of you.

Der Blick aus dem Fenster war großartig! Aber bis 2 Uhr nachts war extrem laute Musik, sodass man auch mit ohropax gar nicht schlafen konnte. Außerdem kam die hocheingestellte klimsanlage nicht gegen die Hitze an u d konnte auch nicht anders eingestellt werden. Im Zimmer immer 26 grad Unterste Grenze waren.

Facilites and amenities were good. Particularly liked the access to the beach umbrella/towel/lounge etc. Breakfast had so much choice.

Business Centre is only a meeting area. No facilities i.e. computer/printer/phone. Shower was quite small. No freezer so had to call for ice when required.

Clean accommodation. Good location at the beachfront.

They charged me twice- once online and again when I arrived, even though I continuously said I already paid. When I left, after two nights, they told me they send the money back. I’m still waiting for that. Breakfast is okay, but I expected it to be included. Also my room service didn’t work so I had to go to the personnel at the restaurant to order food to my room.

Huge Building. On top of the usual check-in procedures (Passport, Credit card) a photo of each guest (Including the child !!!) was taken. This is NOT a usual procedure in Vietnam !! . Staff at front desk, pool area, breakfast room were always correct but never friendly or in any way driven to inclined to make guest feel welcome. I don't think I saw any smile or heard something like a "good morning" during our stay which is fairly unusual for a hotel of this category in Vietnam. Our room was well equipped and had a fairly spacious kitchen unit with a nice stove but zero kitchen equipment like pots and pans. A sign at the kitchen said that if guest want to use the kitchen they have to sign a "Memorandum of understanding" that the kitchen will only be used for no other purpose use than to warm up some food. It's a bit like renting an SUV but having to sign a contract that says you can't drive the car off road. Didn't make any sense to me.

The room was very spacious, with great views of the ocean! The breakfast has many options to eat every morning, and I enjoyed having Pho Bo every morning. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice designated area on the beach where you can get the towels.

I wish the A/C would work better in the room. The temperature never reached 21C, as I wanted.

It was pleasant and the bed was soft and spacious. The staff were kind. Breakfast is good, too.

The swimming pool smells too bad.

About the only thing was the music coming from across the street each night. It was loud, but at least didn’t go too late.

It’s near the beach( just need to cross a road) the service is great. They are so nice and friendly. The swimming pool is also great.

I lived in the 25th floor but I could still hear the music from the night club in the beach. Not too loud but just a little tempo.

It was very crowded this time of the year. The hotel did not have money for me to exchange USD for Vietnamese Dong. There was poor communication between the front desk and the restaurant. Every morning I was told that breakfast was not included with my room after I had paid a deposit at the front desk.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful and attentive to their visitors!

We stayed here for five nights and really liked the room, enviroment, breakfast and how close it was to everything. Shouout to the piccolo who helped everyone with translation and always helped the guests with a smile.

The cleaning since they didnt give us new cups and glasses.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Vinpearl Beach front Nha Trang Hotel during April and we had an enjoyable stay. The check-in process was very welcoming and the hotel looks grand. We initially had an issue with our room. After notifying reception, they offered to fix the problem and also changed rooms for us. Staff were apologetic and the Manager Phong also personally came by to check that we were comfortable with our new room and offered us a fruit platter. The buffet breakfast and restaurant was good, it also had a good variety of foods. The location of the hotel was convenient, next to a mall and within walking distance of restaurants.  Overall, our holiday in Nha Trang was memorable and we would recommend this wonderful hotel.

The place was a bit dirty. Showers and hallways in particular. The sailing club across the road is very loud until late every night so be aware of that.

High standard of Vinpearl: super clean, nice interior, amazing breakfast, extra polite staff, private sunbeds on the beach. I come back here every year.

Loud air conditioning in the room, slow Wi-Fi, no sound isolation from corridors - you can hear everything.

Staff are just plain dumb - need more training - I wanted to go to airport - concierge sent me to reception - reception flatly wouldn’t help - told me I needed to book vehicle 24-hours in advance (this was only 12-hours until I needed to go. Very disappointing. Had to go outside and sort for myself.
