Situato nel cuore di Irving e DFW, il nostro cottage urbano è la vacanza ideale nella metropolitana. La nostra casa è a pochi minuti dal centro di Irving e dalla stazione TRE. Essere vicini a TX-183/161 e HWY 12 consente di raggiungere il centro di Dallas in 20 minuti.
La nostra casa è arredata e decorata con tutto il cuore per offrire un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile. Recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di molte funzionalità, ci impegniamo a fornire a voi e alla vostra famiglia un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile.
Situato in posizione strategica, a 15 minuti dai terminal dell'aeroporto di DFW, a 18 minuti dal centro di Dallas. 15 minuti di auto dallo stadio AT&T e Six Flags. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche Irving Lake, Lone Star Park, Verizon Theater Toyota Music Factory, Epic Waters e molto altro!
La nostra casa è nascosta alla fine di un quartiere caloroso e tranquillo. Equipaggiamo e decoriamo la casa come viviamo in essa! Dagli elettrodomestici da cucina alle forniture per bambini, facciamo del nostro meglio per renderlo premuroso, accogliente e dolce. Mantenere la nostra casa perfettamente pulita è anche la nostra massima priorità. Nella nostra casa troverai comodi letti e lenzuola, comodi strumenti e gadget. Le camere sono arredate con comodi letti e materassi. Il bagno Mater ha doppio lavabo, una confortevole vasca idromassaggio e vasca. La cucina è dotata di tutti i principali elettrodomestici, inoltre forniamo anche set di coltelli, pentole da cucina e persino spezie. La lavanderia è dotata di nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Teniamo sempre sempre presente anche i bambini! Dalle forniture per neonati ai libri / giocattoli per bambini, facciamo del nostro meglio per assicurarci che tu e i tuoi bambini possiate divertirvi a casa nostra!

We had a great time in Dallas and loved the house! It was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults with one baby. The extras for the baby including the high chair and pack-n-play really helped! Everything in the house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our use. We went to the Dallas Zoo, aquarium, Fort Worth Stockyards, and the Cowboys & Colts game. We had a fantastic time and will definitely use the house again on any return trips!

Great Location with easy drive to AT&T stadium. House is very clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Showers and bathrooms well stocked with nice towels and toiletries. Kitchen has everything you need for eating in or cooking dinner at home. We definitely took advantage of the big refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and checked on us using VRBO messages as well. I would stay again if available next time we bring the family to Dallas.

Quick weekend away in a quiet neighborhood. And quick Uber ride to ATT stadium, airport, nightlife. Well-appointed and comfortable home! Hosts were VERY accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this house was amazing. It is a very cozy home that had everything we needed and more. It was a short distance to the AT&T Stadium and many other attractions. Communication with the host was good as well. They were very quick to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Property came with everything we needed in terms of bathroom and kitchen accessories. Inside was clean and check-in was smooth. Backyard and lawn was unkempt. Could've been cleaner and more inviting for those that sit outside. Patio table was very dirty from previous renters. Lawn overtaken by weeds and needed mowing. Small complaint, otherwise our stay was great. Very centrally located to downtown Dallas, AT&T Stadium and the DFW Airport.

Our son is moving to the Dallas area, so we decided to take a last family vacation before he moves away from home. The Urban Cottage is very centrally located to everything. We felt very comfortable and at home, and the master bathroom is amazing! The hosts thought of all the right touches to make the stay special.

Cozy adorable cottage!
This house literally has everything! There were the big items like coffee, plenty of towels, to smell details like shower caps! If you are looking to be close to everything like Arlington and Dallas, then this is the ideal location! This is by far one of my favorite houses to rent!

Beautiful and spacious
This place is absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable beds reminds me of being in a high quality hotel. The hosts are very great and communicates fast and efficient. Will definitely stay ago.

This home was great. Very quiet neighborhood and property managers were very attentive and quick to respond to my questions. This home is golden for women travelers especially. The soaking tub in the master bedroom and toiletries included for any and every situation that just may arise ladies and parents! Great home!

The house was comfortable and conveniently located to getting around all areas of Dallas without too much of a drive for young kids. It is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and even baby supplies which was a big plus!
