Kettle in the room with tea and coffee Before eas so comfy Bathroom was clean and shower/ bath was nice and good, I like that the room had a big mirror. Breakfast was very good , guy that serviced me was very nice and friendly, the omelette I had was serially delicious.

204, The horrible smell of the room absolutely ruined it for me, there was musty bad smell in the rom I think it was the carpet :/ I opened the window but maybe there wass a dead animal outside where my room faced as it also slept bad. Toilet role- the toilet rol wasn't changed in a while i guess it had just a 10 square left on . Description not reality - states in the room will have toiletries in the description of the room on booking, but actually you got get all that's listed you get a small bosy wash and hair shampoo ( like all budget hotels give) but nothing else on the list :/ Pool - so the pool on booking states you can use only the hamam and steam room is charged additional. But actually at reception when I asked about the swimming they told me it's 200 lei .. .the only reason why I choose this hotel was because pool :/ so that was disappointing. Reception lady seems like she wasn't having the best day so I didn't feel comfortable to ask to change room.

The breakfast was very good as well as the athmospehre and rooms.

The staff at the reception should be more trained to serve a guest. Some were nice others not very friendly. Also they had a problem to print out the bill.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, you can easily get to the centre by taxi or even walking. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars around. The reception staff are amazing, guys were super helpful and friendly. Totally could rely on them. I absolutely loved the spa area, totally worth your time. Definitely would choose this hotel one more time.

The breakfast was good. The wifi was stable. It was clean and the room was frequently attended to. Great location close to the city core!

There were no food being delivered to the room. The room was not "sound proof". Simpel requests like "can I trade my beans for some extra yoghurt" could not be met.

Basic breakfast. There is no buffet. There is a choice served from a menu.

There is no elevator. The staff could be friendlier.

We stayed there for 2 days and there was no water in the room from 10 am to 6 pm. The administration never apologized. We just stayed there for 2 whole days without water.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and supportive staff

Breakfast was very good. Good choices. Good location - 10 mins walk from the centre. Quiet and clean. Rooms were a good size. Good comfy kingsize bed.

The bath was fine for me - but if you are a little on the large side - that might be tricky to squeeze in! The shower over bath worked well. Som elf the staff were a little grumpy, others were very helpful.

There was brown water coming from the tap. Staying 9 nights at the hotel and when asked for 2 bottles of water and getting a reply that it wasnt for free genuinely felt humiliating. But I guess that wasnt the ordinary staff but a part time worker.Becasue that was never the problem the days before.
