Tres bon hôtel parfaitement situé en plein centre piétonnier de la ville (et avec de bons doubles vitrages donc peu bruyant malgré l'animation des terrasses) Grande chambre confortable, bon matelas. Petit déjeuner buffet délicieux.

La vue depuis notre chambre était assez limitée (hôtel assez encaissé des 2 côtés, pas la façade). Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait utile.

the location is everything about this hotel. right in the middle of city centre. very close is the most wonderful caffe in the park - Bonjour Cafe (if you are a coffee lover and also enjoy french music this is the place to be). you can park your car across the hotel for free.

we booked two double rooms. we got instead one double room in standard size which was ok/ spacious and one room more as single room in double regime - significantly smaller, with an awful view (the back of some buildings) and low natural light - we paid the same price for both the staff at reception is not friendly. they didn’t want to change the second room with another that was appropriate to a double room. they said the hotel was full and we were the last to check-in (at 2pm), however we saw other couples checking-in way later then us. they only provided with one set of towels-bathrobe-toiletries-slippers. when we asked for a second set we didn’t receive the small towel nor the toiletries. at reception the guy we talked to said they will find a way to compensate in the morning the fact that one room was smaller (paid at the same price) and that we only had one of towels-bathrobe-toiletries-slippers (both rooms). the next day when we asked the girl at reception she said her colleague didn’t left any information about our troubles. so we left it like that, we were to tired to insist. the breakfast is separated from the hotel in the restaurant sharing the same building. it’s about 10 euros. best is to have breakfast at the terraces / coffee places nearby (e.g. Creme de la Creme)
