Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und es gab genügend Aufenthaltsräume. Es gab eine Küche und zwei Bäder, alles sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden und es ist relativ ruhig.

Es gab leider keine Waschmaschine (wobei die Gastgeberin angeboten hat, unsere Wäsche zu waschen). Die Küche war für eine Unterkunft mit so vielen Zimmern eher spärlich ausgestattet und man muss sich abends mit der Lautstärke zurückhalten. Es gab zu viel Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, als dass ich mich wohl gefühlt hätte.

Location close to the city center, 5' from a supermarket, impeccable cleanliness, 5 stars room

+ very helpful host with her mother you could communicate with her in english or russian + cleanliness + you could leave your clothes for washing and hosts will bring them clean and dry + building is very close to city centre + many bedrooms

- there were some road works at time of our stay so we were not able to access villa directly with our car (we had to carry our luggage for about 40m)

ATTENTION !!! I WAS ROBBED HERE !!! I’d like to warn and advise anyone considering to stay here to better avoid it and I simultaneously ask Booking the cancel this offer and approve my reclamation request. 1. We paid a 100€ deposit which was never returned back to us. 2. The landlord spat on me while communicating together. 3. The landlord was threating me. A few hours after our arrival and paying the deposit we were verbally atracked by the landlord for the alleged reasons of making too much noise (8:30pm), slightly bending a carpet and for moving an ironing board to the corner of the room since it was left by the landlord in the middle of the living room. When one of the members of our group was attempting to have a polite discussion with the landlord, he was threatened by the landlord she will call the police and he will go to jail. In order to avoid any conflict, we decided to leave to the city centre. Consequently I was contacted by Booking, accused of acts clearly fabricated by the landlord. Throughout the whole stay we tried to spend minimum time inside the house to avoid insults of the landlord. In spite of that, the landlord kept entering the house we paid the rent for without us being asked for a permission. Moreover, she entered the house multiple times while we were sleeping without telling anyone. This we consider a serious breach of privacy. Meanwhile the check-out we were accused of breaking a sink and were asked to pay 70€ for it. Although we did not break it, we agreed to pay the 70€ in order to leave the house peacefully. After paying the 70€ we were told we will not be paid the deposit back (for no reason), she kicked us to the street, closed the door and locked them without any explanation. While reading the reviews, I see this situation has not occurred for the first time. I request for immediate approval of my request and sending back the 170€ I paid for which was robbed from us.

It's so close to downtown

The sauna wasn't included on the price.

From the very first moment we felt like we are not welcome.the owner greeted us with a long list of strict rules she commends us to follow.one of the rules were to take our shoes of the the front door every time we walk in.during our stay she used to come and spy and see if our shoes are taken off the the front door.during all our stay she used to come and just check if our shoes are there.in the beggining we gave her 100€ as a deposit.when we checked out she said that she is not going to give us back the 100€ beacuse the carpets are dirty with shoes marks and that we smoked inside.we told her that maybe the smoke from the balcony(wich is allowed) got a bit inside but the house is clean,nothing is broken,and we tried to keep the house in order.she replyed that "the walls are full with smoke smell and that 100€ is nothing to us so she is not giving back" When we kept telling her that even if there was smoke that got inside the house its crazy to charge us 100€. She than said that she is going to call the "boys" from around to kick us out and that she knows " terrorists" like us.we felf disgusted from that use of words" we felt that things could get violnce very soon.she said she can press emergancy button and people will come to take care of us,we just took of when she said it and left in hurry.it was so scary.she even said to us on the way out that we are lucky she didnt charge 100 more. I never seen nothing like that.

Very clean, very well equipped, very big and well located.

Everything was great. We just couldn't use the sauna.
