Aircon too loud, probably in its last rites, lack of sufficient towel hangers in the bathroom, no view out of the window, we stayed for 2 nights but any longer would be difficult due to lack of wardrobes (had open hangers), shelves and drawers to organise things

We were initially put in the room 5. It is a very small attic room with one small window overlooking the courtyard, almost no storage space, poor sound proofing and a glass wall dividing bathroom and bedroom areas, so no privacy. Since this room didn’t match the description, we requested the room change, and staff quickly offered us an alternative room (room 2) for the rest of our stay. This room was significantly bigger, nicer, had plenty of storage space and adequate zoning. We had a great experience in the end. Though we are convinced, that these two rooms listed on booking.com under the same category “superior double room” are not comparable and shouldn’t be priced the same. Also, late at night you can hear music from the street while you are in the room.

Wonderfully furnished and spacious interior - managed by a very friendly and helpful landlord-lady that you probably never meet 😉 access is regulated via code transmit. Location is really central but also quiet peaceful place. Clear recommendation here and would love to come again! 🤗

The communication, check in and access to a beautiful room and bathroom. The location was fabulous. The rooftop terrace was lovely to sit in the evening although could do with a bit more attention to match the aesthetic of the other areas of the apartment (eg bottle bins / bins visible and not emptied)

The soundproofing is super but no amount would smother the sounds of the street (restaurants closing up late evening/ setting up early morning so if you're a light sleeper this might not be best option- it didn't bother my partner and if you're happy to lie in a comfortable bed / room and absorb the atmosphere then this is a fantastic room

There are only 5 rooms at this place, so you won't be tripping over people. Situated above the restaurant strip, but very quiet - no outside noise. Large bed, very comfortable and a spacious bathroom. Very clean! Our host Sonia was very helpful, especially helped us to get an early morning taxi when it appeared no one wanted to get up that early!

In Centro unique rooms saved our lives! Our flight was delayed significantly into Olbia. And our already booked accomodation at another hotel would not wait for us to check in, we were homeless for the night however they welcomed us last minute. Very smooth check in and tidy and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was bliss, beautiful big shower and two sinks. We would return 100%! Thank you again

Great location right on the Main Street in the old city centre. A beautifully styled building along with all of the rooms - lots of gorgeous stone features. My room (#4) was huge, as was the bathroom. It had a wonderful shower with rain shower head. My room faced the courtyard and was nice and quiet during sleeping hours (this accommodation is on the Main Street above cafes/restaurants but right in the heart of all the action). Easy to find and easy access. Very helpful host with good communication. Air conditioning & wifi worked like a dream :) Small fridge in room with 2 waters provided which was most welcome.

Steep steps upon entry, but that’s only a problem if you’re lugging a big bag (😬) or if you have mobility issues. They are however, beautiful, well lit stone steps!

Lovely place in the centre of Olbia, all shops and boutiques are just in front of the door. We were able to have a very early check-in. Sonia was very nice and was ready to help and provided all we needed to have a pleasant stay. Absolutely beautiful room, spacious and with traditional elements! Clean and good and spacious shower. Nice terrace where I was able to practice daily yoga. 10 of 10!

The room was a good size, comfy bed and a large bathroom and amazing shower. It was well equipped with toiletries, a good hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The room I had was at the back of the building and had a small window but no view (internal building view). I think the rooms at the front of the building could be noisy as the hotel is on the main restaurant street (pedestrianized) and above a restaurant. Air conditioning was available and worked well. The room and building were nicely decorated. The hotel is self service so there is no reception but I was provided with check in details in ample time and had quick responses to any queries I had. There is one flight of stairs from the street up to the bedrooms and no lift. The decor in the building was lovely.

There is no breakfast in the building but there are cafe's nearby.

Everything was flawless! Modern, clean, well equipped, comfy bed. All you could ask for, really
