Didn't like that the ac was limited to 70° makes it kinda hard to sleep in my opinion. Had trouble with the tv remotes not working. Other than that everything was as stated.

There were a few issues/ we had to buy cleaner to clean the shower curtain. There was no broom. The washer’s pump went out and leaked water on the floor and rugs, which began to smell. The property manager reacted quickly but did not solve the problem. There was demo being done in a unit 2 doors down, for 2 solid days we heard maddening noise from a power tool. How is it possible that the HOA would allow that activity during prime season?? Honestly, I feel like I should receive a credit for our anguish. The Majestic has virtually no security. Anyone can enter the property, pool, elevator, parking garage etc, I can’t say it was worth the money, I should have credit coming.

The condo was very nice and comfy. We all had a great time. It was a little walk though to the garage across the street but wasn’t bad. The condo could use new pots and pans since we were a family of 7 and only had one okay pan to cook with. Great beach corner views from patio which was right next to the pool. Couldn’t figure out a certain noise for a while then determined it was the sliding patio doors several above us. It wasn’t too bad. Other than those few small things, the condo was great!

Great property location for family’s with teens. We loved having a corner suit next to the pool and beach entrance. Easy access via the stairs to both of the locations. We recently stayed for 1 week. There were 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). There was plenty of space for all of us and we didn’t feel cramped. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was a lovely addition to have and had great views of the water. Keep in mind if utilizing the front bedroom (closest to the Main Street) it was extremely noisy as the bar is open until 4 am. Not really a ding on the place itself but could be bothersome to some. This unit is pretty far from garage - lot of walking. This was hard on my dad but otherwise ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was clean besides the 2 of the beds feeling like sand was on the sheets, underneath the comforter and the sheets and comforter being bleached and ripped on the other bed. I only gave communication a 1 star because I never called or spoke with the manager and it wouldn’t let me go any further.

This was a lovely, spacious condo, beautifully furnished, (although the beds were high but that was a simple fix - we went out and bought step stools). Great variety of streaming services and quality furniture. The only down side was the bar across the street. The noise ordinance allows noise/music until 4 am. and the motorcycles were loud. Ear plugs helped. Also the dryer broke the first time were used it, but Real Joy paid for our first week of laundry service and a new one was brought within the first week.

This unit is perfectly located on the same floor as the parking drop off and a quick elevator ride down to the beach and pools.
Great layout for a family vacation with lots of room. Beds were great,( except would say don’t rely on the pull out couch as a sleeping spot as that mattress is not really able to be slept on).
The kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, even a slow cooker and blender, lots of dishes etc. (no kettle for those tea drinkers but no biggy to boil water in a pot). They had some board games available for the cooler nights, and beach chairs to carry down to use on the amazing white sandy beach.
We ran into some issues upon arrival. The listed pack and play for baby was not in the unit but RealJoy was able to get one out to us within an hour. There was an issue with the sheets in one of the bedrooms that were not cleaned/changed over (all gritty/sandy). RealJoy was easy to get a hold of, however the sheets did not arrive and we had to go out and get laundry detergent to wash the sheets (not a great start after a very long drive). Sheets were delivered the next day, but it wasn’t a great night waiting till after midnight to get to sleep doing laundry. RealJoy followed up on this issue upon checking out and did provide compensation off the cleaning fee and a good will small refund for the mix up.
The rest of the vacation after the shaky first night went smoothly (little bit of noise at night but it’s spring break time so that’s to be expected being on a lower floor).
Overall a great spot and great vacation, we would definitely return.

Beautiful but frustrating
This property is beautiful. The view was amazing and we loved the pool. It could have been cleaner and it wasn't stocked with much. Not even a roll of toilet paper or tiny soap bar. After a long drive it was frustrating to have to go to the store before you could use the restrooms. No dish rags and no dish towels. Parking was a bit far. We really did love it.

Nastiest condo I have ever rented out
I tried immediately getting in touch with property company, by phone call and email. There was mold in the unit, along door frame walls and windows, and on the living room floor under the couch. There was a tobacco spit water bottle left in the master, and listerine or toothpaste all over the wall in the bathroom. I took photos and sent them to property manager. I asked to be relocated to a different unit that would pass health inspection, and no one responded to me until the day before I left. They apologized and stated they were really busy with spring break. It was so gross, DO NOT RENT! I did not get refunded for my stay, but rather they said they would give me back my money for the cleaning service. We will see on that. After speaking with others around the complex, RealJoy rentals are notorious for poor communication, and I would say for filthy units as well. There are definitely mold spores on living room furniture. Stay away

Three part review. Condo was very nice. Amazing view of the beach. Outdoor Pools looked amazing (to cold to get in). It was nice having food service on site. The fourth bedroom with bunk beds was the size of a big closet and ventilation in there was not great. The rest of the rooms were decorated great, beds were comfortable. No extras in the condo such as condiments, and we got one trash bag, small dish soap, etc.. I just thought since the price is so high they would have the bonus extras. They advertise heated pools. First they need to be specific. INDOOR heated pools, no outdoor heated pools. There were two indoor pools. While we were there the pool in tower one heater was broken and was not fixed while we were there. Pool temp 79 degrees was told it should be 89. Went to the homeowners association and one of the workers was extremely rude and did not try and help us in any way She told me everyone pays a lot for the condo and we should be grateful .The main reason we picked this condo was due to heated pools we knew it would be to cold to swim outside. I have a son unable to get in cold water for allergic reaction and another son with autism who only will get in warm water. Swimming was going to be a main part of our vacation. We were not able to swim at all. We will be requesting refund. I will edit review with results of request. I would very much recommend not renting from properties managed by Real Joy Vacations. We booked this two years ago and COVID hit. They refused to give us a refund and only would let us rebook and then charged us more for the next year to book. It was a nightmare Bottom line is we did not get what we paid for no fault of people who own condo but hoping they will see this so they are aware.

Definitely Would Stay Again!
My family loved this condo! Having a 3rd floor corner balcony was so nice. My only suggestion would be new cushions for the patio furniture, since we spent so much time using it. The condo was clean, well equipped and very well decorated. My family of 5 Adults & 3 children had plenty of space. We will definitely stay in this exact condo again when we come back to PCB. The facility itself had plenty to offer and the beach chair service was a big plus. We were close to everything.

Great Family Vacation
This condo is in a great location in the complex. Same floor as parking garage bridge, right next to the pool and the stairs are right outside for quick access to ground floor. The pools were great for the days where the red flag days. The balcony facing the Gulf is huge since this is the last unit on the floor. The condo was very clean and spacious with lots of room for our 10 guests. They provided a few beach chairs and toys which was great since we flew there. There is a bar across the street that had music one night but I don't believe it disturbed anyone in our party. We had zero issues the entire time of our stay. I happily would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beware, condo has major maintenance issues!
Upon arrival, we found the condo's central air conditioner to be non-operational. RealJoy did not bother to inform us of this even though they had been made aware of the air conditioner problem the previous night. RealJoy exhibited no sense of urgency in getting the air conditioner repaired. Three portable air conditioners were finally installed a few hours after our arrival. These units only had the capacity to cool 3 bedrooms which was approximately 40% of the total area of the condo. The 4th bedroom was not usable; and the family room, kitchen and dining room were extremely hot. An air conditioner repairman arrived the afternoon of our second day. He was able to partially restore the air conditioner to an operational status, and the repair was to have been completed the following day. The repairman never came back during our stay.
We were able to keep the condo fairly comfortable using the three portable units and the partially repaired central air conditioner. However, the balcony access that was advertised for two of the bedrooms was not available due to the installation of the portable air conditioners.
The parking arrangements for the complex are abysmal. The two parking spots included with our condo required approximately a 1/4 mile walk to get to our vehicle. The third family in our party had to park in a lot approximately 3 blocks away, and the meter had to be fed every 24 hours. RealJoy told us that the offsite parking was just a block from our condo building.
The condo is in a state of disrepair. Major issues included filthy carpets, severely unbalanced ceiling fan in the family room, master bedroom and bath doors were difficult to open/close, numerous broken floor tiles, the ice dispenser does not work, the clothes bracket in the master bath closet has been separated from the wall, and the exhaust fan in the master bath is very noisy.
In summary, I feel that RealJoy is in breech of contract due to the numerous issues that we encountered during our stay. This condo falls far short of the quality of units typically listed by VRBO.

RealJoy Vacation
The property was not as advertised. It was dirty, a teenage party scene, and ultimately unsafe. Just a few of the issues we encountered in our short stay (we left early and are disputing the charges):
- cigarette butts and trash on both decks
- dirty floors turning our toddlers feet black
- heavily stained carpets in every bedroom
- canvas paintings hung so poorly they fell during the night waking up babies
- club across the street playing loud music starting at 8PM and lasting well into the night (thankfully the strip club adjacent is currently closed, you're only on the 3rd floor so great line of site and sound...….)
- mostly teenagers and college students partying (100 teenagers drinking and partying at the pool 8PM until it closed)
- during check in, security wanted to ensure our correct room and contact info - they stated they have a high rate of drunk drivers that side swipe cars and/or burglary so they need to know how to get in touch with us
- full beer can thrown at us from a deck party ~10 stories nearly hitting a member of our group
RealJoy refused to move us (keep in mind we had four toddlers on this trip) and said they called security and the HOA and were sending a cleaning crew. This didn't really calm our concerns as security had told us that even parking our cars in the garage wasn't safe. Also, the cleaning crew then just walked into the apartment without knocking as we were trying to pack and leave the premises.
This property was not family friendly, clean, nor enjoyable. Felt very disappointed with how we were treated, it was utterly shocking. We are currently disputing the charges with the credit card company.
Would NOT recommend this property.
