The property was absolutely beautiful and ideally located on the square. Victoria the host was amazing and was in constant communication to ensure we had a fabulous stay.

Maybe a lift would be a good idea, especially if you’re on the top floor.

The communication from the beginning was exceptional. Victoria was lovely and helpful before we even arrived. Very quick to respond to messages and couldn't have done more for us. The apartments were even better than we expected and in a top location, too. We were central to the Old Town and right on the main square. Despite this, you couldn't hear a sound inside our apartment. Rooms were immaculate and modern with kitchenette and comfy bed (coloured mood lighting was a lovely surprise too!). We were even left toothbrushes and toothpaste, along with face wash, cotton pads and wipes as well as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. A great hairdryer and iron/board. You could easily access Netflix on the TV and coffee facilities along with a microwave and hob plus full sized fridge! For the price we cannot recommend more this apartment and will definitely stay again if wr visit Krakow in the near future!

The Royal Suite was lovely, immaculate and spacious with lots of extras provided such as toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also a coffee maker for those coffee lovers out there. The location was fabulous and the staff could not be more accommodating. We will definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

The location of the apartment was right next to the main square, but with the inside courtyard it was very quiet and you couldn't hear a thing overnight.

The room was spotless! The location perfect, right in the main square. The owners went out of their way to go above and beyond by providing toiletries and by locating balloons, champagne and roses as requested by my partner, for my birthday. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!

Really good comms from the host who welcomed us on arrival. You couldn't be more central being right on the square. Overall, it was a great stay. Will definitely be booking here if I am ever in the city again.

First of all I want to make mention to Barbra, she met us at the door and was so welcoming and so informative not only about the rooms but of areas, restaurants, bars and attractions to visit. The rooms were so beautiful, clean and well laid out. Location was the best right on the main square you couldn’t have asked for more.. I would definitely recommend a stay at these appartments.

Location was great, Victoria was extremely helpful answering our questions, very prompt, great attitude and excellent customer service. She cared, and made sure that if we needed anything she is there for us.

More Instructions for use on appliances like: stove, know that heaters are on timer, and maybe a better toaster: ) Despite of all this we managed very well, and we enjoyed our stay

The location of this property was absolutely brilliant! The host was so accommodation and kind and answered any questions we had promptly and organised a taxi for us to and from the airport. The room was so clean and smelled so nice! This apartment is self check in and was so easy to do with instructions sent to us in plenty of time from the host.

Ideal location on the main square with so much to do round about. Apartment was lovely and clean with added extras. Owner messaged prior to booking through Whatsapp with information on tourist trips, and how to access the apartment. Dull entrance but safe and secure building.

Photos of room displayed when booking had more provided than what was given, a little false advertisement. Was a little disappointed without this upgraded room as it was for a birthday treat however, the room given was still lovely as it was. From what I can see, photos have now been changed. Make sure you book a room with a square view. Otherwise, your stuck facing onto other rooms windows.

perfect location as right in the centre of the town. It had everything we needed for our short stay, even shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes tea/coffee milk.

The only thing that may bother people is the flight of stairs you need to walk up especially with your luggage.

Central location - walking distance to all the top tourist sites. Easy self check in and check out. Bartek was very helpful! The apartment was extremely clean, netflix was available on the TV, the shower was amazing! Had its own little kitchen which came in handy. Would highly highly recommend to stay here.

Eva our host was amazing, so friendly and helpful, gave us great directions, arranged airport transfers and replied almost instantly to all queries we had. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and spacious and couldn't have been more central, excellent location. Would definitely re-book!
