The apartment was dirty including the refrigerator There is no cellular connection in the apartment and Wi-Fi does not work either!!! The apartment has a router that does not provide Internet or only for 5 minutes; If you move away from the router, there will be no connection again. The apartment is good. We were booked there in advance, as I requested. The owner very angrily replied that everything was working for him. Although in reality this is not the case

Good location.

There is no air conditioner. There are no exterior windows in the bedroom. Poor airflow. As a result, we had to buy a fan to sleep more or less comfortably on hot summer nights.

Very good location - close to everything: bus station, shopping street, historical center and restaurants (a few good ones on the same or next street!). Private parking available with a small fee was very convenient (place is small but not to small). The flat is very confortable with all the necessary amenities. The bed is more on the hard side (as well as pillows) but that was ok with us as we prefer it this way.

The street noise can be a bit loud, so you need to close the window to keep it down. There is no air conditioning (but it was not a real problem, as closing the blinds during the day kept the temperature to acceptable level)

Place is really nice, sunny, clean and made with good taste. Hosts are helpful and easy to contact. Cant wait to be back

We liked everything ! The apartment itself, the professionalism and kindness of the hosts, and the location. The property is exceptionally well located, and decorated with style. It is within walking distance of many touristic attractions, good restaurants, public transportation. The apartment is very well equipped, and everything works great. It is also very clean and the beds are comfortable. And there is a very good elevator too, which is a bonus for getting the suitcases to the apartment and great for those wanting to rest their feet, knees or backs a little after a day spent sightseeing. Add to that, the hosts: thoughtful and professional ! They truly helped make our stay memorable. We got lost (a faulty GPS), and were saved by the hosts ! They also gave us great advice on getting around in Bergamo; and communication with them before and during our stay was always easy and very pleasant.
