Beautiful canal views. Grill not working properly even after we refilled the tank. Won’t come up to temperature. Sectional sofa was uncomfortable Too deep.. Needs more pillows.

What an amazing rental experience we had from start to finish! The house was everything we were looking for and exactly as promised in the pictures and descriptions. The check-in process was easy, and upon arrival the house was very clean and in perfect order. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra bath and beach towels for our whole family. We were in awe of the location! The view to the ocean was breathtaking, and the daily manatee visits right up to the ladder were a highlight of the trip. The kids loved fishing in the canal every day, and we all took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. We walked to some nearby restaurants and bars, and we loved Marathon for the central location in between Key West and Key Largo. The Diaz family was very responsive to messages and were so kind and helpful to work with throughout the booking process and during our stay. It is obvious the care and pride they take in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. We would recommend this home to anyone and hope to book a return trip someday! House was great for our family! We went in December and only thing we wished was for the pool to be heated Or a hot tub. Other than that the property was great!

Great view to Atlantic and awesome shallow area in pool to cool off and sun! We were outside most of the time!

This was a great house and location if you want to use your boat to go fishing or to Sombrero Reef. The only reason this house does not get 5 stars is because there are a lot of things that could use some maintenance or be replaced. Normal wear and tear things like the grill was dirty, the speakers were staticky, a pool chair was broken. Nothing major but it would have been nicer if it all looked new like it does in the pictures. Other than that it was great, it was clean and there were a lot of toys to keep the kid(s) busy. The host also had great communication, which was very nice.

Beautiful property sleeps plenty! Had an amazing time in the house!! Didn’t really have any problems! Would definitely recommend bring extra towels if you have a full house there is not enough towels!! All Paper towels and toilet paper and laundry detergent not included!!!

The home is in the perfect location for fishing & dining. Short boat ride to the Sombrero Lighthouse. The backyard is perfect to come home to and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to cook. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Loved the house and property. My nephew left his computer in one of the bunk beds. The owners were prompt in contacting the cleaning services and getting it returned to us. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was excellent!

This home is spacious and comfortable with a well supplied kitchen and linen closet. Plenty of sea wall out back to dock boats & parking out front for boat trailers and vehicles. We Loved the Tiki Hut with fish cleaning station, grill, and refreshing outdoor shower! Thank you Esney and Isabella for your attentiveness and kindness. We would stay again.

The home was clean and as advertised in the photos. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner communicated well and made check in/out easy. There was also communication ahead of hurricane Elsa. I loved the large amount of dock space. I docked a 20 and 27 foot boat with room to spare. The canal was 12 feet deep which made docking easy. The channel heading out to the Atlantic is extremely narrow and shallow though. I would definitely stay here again.

Host go above and beyond expectations. House has everything thing needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing out side accommodation prefect for relaxing after catching a cooler of fish. Convenient to great dining. Manatees make the prefect backyard pets. Can’t wait to visit again!!! would recommend this home most definitely!!

We fished, played cards, swam in the channel, met some manatees, laid in the sun (or shade) in lounge chairs, drank early morning coffee and afternoon/evening beers! The beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and beach. Less than a 0.5 mile walk to super cute shops and ice cream. Close to a grocery store and liquor store. Lots of restaurant choices. Having a washer/dryer/dishwasher on site was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described. The front room area is very nice for all of us. I don’t think unless you have a boat I would stay here again just because it doesn’t have a pool. Even with our boat and having older Kids with us I think they would have really enjoyed having a pool. The couple we were with said their TV in the back master worked on and off and the toilet seat was an issue. It was also disappointing the premium channels like HBO weren’t available. These are all small things and we had a very good time otherwise.

The house was great. Clean and very family friendly. I was looking for the hammock that someone had mentioned and never found it though :(. Now can someone please control the winds the next time we are down? LOL. We very much enjoyed the house....THANK YOU

This place was everything we needed! My husband, myself and my two kids (9&10) were able to use the large room spaciously. The remainder of my family each had a comfortable stay in the other rooms. The canal was fun to fish in. My kids even swam in it a couple times. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The house was equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors and street were nice and friendly! Marathon is a perfect location for the surrounding attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and two dogs spent a relaxing week to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. We enjoyed having a visit from a manatee and relaxing by the water. We put our paddle boards in everyday and loved every minute of our stay at this property! Clean, easy checkin, great property owners and nice neighbors!

My family really enjoyed the location. There was enough space for family members to be together yet distant. The property was a bit rundown and we had several repair issues that took up time. Namely plumbing and non working dishwasher. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Very central location in Marathon, a few minutes from Sombrero Beach, nice drive down 7 mile Bridge to Bahia Honda. Close to the major boat rentals, ski rentals,and restaurants.

We can't say enough about this property! The location was perfect! The dock space out back was large enough for us to keep our 22ft boat plus a friend brought their 17 foot boat and it fit both perfectly! Inside was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for preparing meals for larger groups. The outdoor fish station and extra freezer on the patio was also perfect for the fishermen in our group. The covered outdoor seating area was comfortable and the blue tooth speakers made it easy to listen to our favorite music while we relaxed after long days on the water. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, good location

We needed a place to stay in The Keys for our wedding on 02/02/2020. The Diaz home was just perfect for my little family. We especially loved sitting out by the canal. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We would love to come back for snorkeling in the summer.

Great location!

Our family of ten stayed at the house for 5 days-4 nights and had a great time. The house is clean, has plenty of room and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered area in the evenings. And it was great that the house is ground level so no going up and down stars. There was plenty of room for our 3 vehicles and trailer. Two two kayaks & bicycles were an added plus. Our security deposit was promptly refunded. Would definitely recommend the house.

Erlys house is beautiful, It is sparkling clean and spacious…Everything was as the pics had shown, the place was comfortable and had everything we needed, ErlysTHINKS OF ALL THE DETAILS!!! We had a great family reunion time. I will recommend this place to others.
