Restaurants etc.so far from the cottage. Water facility not available free, it's payable.

When we first reached it was difficult but once got the routes it was good and the reception bro was very friendly and helpful. Since it is a house, we cannot expect a 100% hotel service.. but if we inform prior, the service will be available.. we stayed there with 2 under 5 age kids for 2 days and it was very nice experience for us and our family as well… we could say geyser took a bit time to get ready but as already mentioned, it is not a hotel and home changed to cottage.. overall nice and good experience for life time…

We did not get the rooms stating the rooms are already booked...we have a pathetic experience with the booking.com, the staff made us wait and asked for more money at the hotel and denied later when we said the booking was done for a different amount. We travelled with a baby and we were made to wait for almost 1hr and finally no rooms were allocated.

Comfortable stay for me and my friends. One king bed and double size bed. Balcony view awesome. Staff behavior good.

The staff who work there is very courteous & the location of this property is an another advantage, the property is easily accessible from ooty central. However if u r driving by car, you need to have good experience to drive through thr narrow hill road

Hot water is not available, we suffered a lot since we traveled in the month of December the climate is extremely cold, everytime we have to call the staff asking them t switch on the water heater, the bed is full of bed bugs, all my family members had faced bed bug bites through out the night, no in house restaurant- we have to order the food from the outside restaurants

It was a good cottage. Not much facilities but it is so much pocket saving and staffs are so good and helpful. Basic facilities are there. I would recommend this.
