Proximity to our concert. Free on street parking. How quickly our issues were resolved once we had highlighted them. We were moved to a room which had been cleaned & suited our purpose, which was somewhere to sleep after a concert.

Lack of prior email/text with key code. A few failed attempts to phone the hotel. The room had not been cleaned & the bed sheets had not been changed prior to us eventually gaining access.

I was waiting outside the property for around 1hour so that a person comes and let's me In.. this has really frustrating. Room is okay, but most of the wooden furniture is unnecessary. Beds were okay and washroom can be better.

When we were checking in there was no way of getting in to the building apart from calling the number on my booking which I did and they wouldn't answer, text me instead and when I text they weren't responding to which I had to call again and again and they answered, told me to wait for 20 minutes, looks like a place for recovering addicts, was a man that come running out and getting right in our faces, in the middle of the night were woken up by someone screaming so loud for ages, then loads of shouting, there were blue lights in the room too not normal lights, so if that doesn't scream about it being for addicts I don't know what does. Should state what kind of accommodation it is so people are prepared. My friend dropped her lighter down the side of the bed too and there was a mouldy sandwich down there and was also loads of brown stains on the pillowcase which we saw when there was actual natural light coming through the window the next day.

Absolutely nothing. There was nothing about the booking from start to finish that was as it should have been. Host was unavailable for the most part and nobody to contact.

The instructions given in order to access the property were incorrect. The host refused to answer his phone and then when he did he gave incorrect information. The room we were supposed to have wasn't available for some reason, and the key that was left in the key box was for a room that had clearly not been serviced. The property advertises toiletries however had nothing of the sort. It was dusty, dirty and not as advertised. The host did not answer the phone to myself or booking.com and the experience was bad from start to finish. I was unable to stay at the property and found alternative accommodation.
