Quite noisy air-conditioning, no space on bathroom for toiletry bag.

We had very loud neighbours for the 3 nights. We asked for a refund and was promised another room but wasn't granted. The room next door didn't let us sleep in night and morning

Really good place to stay. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was very nice although I did have to set the heating for it to stay warm (time of year) and it was cold overnight. Breakfast was amazing!

Maybe it was me bringing in dirt but carpet wasn't hoovered very thoroughly. That was the only negative in that sense though, everything else was very good and very clean. It would have been nice if I'd realised there is no parking here and, for a fairly high cost (£15 when l enquired), l could park my car in an NCP car park nearby. It's a pity as it's inconvenient for young, encumbered and elderly without knowing vehicle's safe.

I arrived early but the receptionist was kind to provide me with a room before the check-in time started. The room itself was very basic but clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. If you don't set your expectations too high this is a good place to stay. I would stay again.

I dined at the restaurant the first night of my stay and the food was very mediocre. Dry chicken on my poorly filled ceaser salad.

The staff were excellent with good customer service and all the little touches like a free drink voucher, box of fudge and a welcome card were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. We will be coming back 😊

Terribly small room despite being a superior double. Not fresh as it used to be. Bed was so small despite being double. Outside digging and roadworks until lay into the night. Also we felt unsafe when we went out around the area. Seems things have changed as I have stayed here in the past.

It was fine. Does a job. No frills but perfectly serviceable as you'd expect for this type of hotel. Just somewhere to get your head down.

The choice of breakfast Cereal was very poor and not as advertised. Shame really as the rest of the breakfast was good so why scrimp on Cereal? Poor.

Breakfast bit disappointing - didn’t have all on the menu eg no granola either day, ran out of fresh fruit salad and yoghurt before breakfast time had ended. No tables at all set when we went down for breakfast a bit late 2nd morning but still within scheduled time. Bakery goods limited to brown/white sliced bread, bread muffins were not fresh 2nd day and pastries extended to mini croissants and mini pain au chocolate.

Breakfast not great. Couldn’t turn the Air conditioning in the room down below 17 degrees. Shower handle fell off! Very strange couldn’t pay for anything in cash only card.

Very nice hotel, easy to get to and park the car in a multi-story you get a discount if you inform the staff where you parked the car. Very warm welcome and enjoyed the strawberry water in reception upon arrival. Nice and central to go into the town centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming and a good bar facilities. Would stay again.

Overall an excellent stay we would have liked breakfast but it was a little pricey for us.

The hotel was very clean and the night staff member-a young asian man-was exceptionally helpful.

There was no parking! I arrived from High Wycombe around 2 am, and had to park a few mins away as there was no on-site parking. Furthermore, the curtains wouldn't close 100%, so they ended up with light shining through as soon as the tye morning entered:)
