My stay was meant to be for 4 nights, but unfortunately, I had to check out after only 2 nights. The reasons for my early departure were numerous. - Firstly, there was constant loud noise at night from the air conditioning, crowing roosters, and scurrying mice on the top floor. - During the day, there was disruptive ultrasonic sound from the washing machines for several hours, making it impossible to rest. - Additionally, the promised free transfer turned out to cost 300k dongs. - The nearest beach was located within the private territory of another hotel, requiring a 10-minute walk to reach the public area. - Breakfast was not provided during my early check-in. Only discussions with the hotel manager solved it. - The shower had poor drainage, leaving the bathroom floor wet for hours. - The inside locking system was broken, - The iron provided was dirty and stained my favorite t-shirt. - When addressing these issues with the unfriendly manager, only a relocation to a bungalow was offered. This was unacceptable for me, since there was no trust to the hotel. - The curtains did not close completely, as the curtain was curved

Staff was friendly and helpful, location is perfect. Our room was clean and big enough, two big beds and good air conditioning.

It would be great to have more Western breakfast options like yogurt, muesli, juices or smoothies croissants and coffee.

No lights at night, room service is not there (phone dead), only 1-2 people manage 57 rooms and they don't know English. It's scary at night, no porch lights, and very silent. Very poor breakfast, we took for 3 days but did not have anything. Butter is cheap quality, no juice, cereals, desert, milk, nothing. Don't have a bottle opener.

The pictures didn't look like the resort anymore and it was very overpriced for what it was. People around the resort were also given completely different rates and it has clearly not been used or well kept.

We had a family bungalow and it was nice. Big room, big and comfy beds. The room has everything you need for your trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has big pool too

The breakfast is poor, not so many options and it’s same everyday
