Staff were very helpful and welcoming. One staff helped me upgrade my room to a room with a city view. Another guided me find path to the nearest train station. Bed linen and towels were clean.

The room and facilities were not clean up to a 4 star hotel standard. I could see that floors and tiles were not wiped. Cleaners seemed to only vacuum leaving stains and grime. I had to buy sanitising wipes to wipe the areas I used to feel comfortable using the room.

Room 1013 The bathroom water can't control,there are only hot and cold no warm water. Saturday night is very noisy outside. If you would like to sleep well before the next day business, I will not recommend staying.

The staff was very very friendly. From receptionist to guard to cafeteria staff, all very good. no issues at all. very kind if i ask something. the price of breakfast also very affordable. Rm15 per person and the food also common food but really tasty actually hahahaha. will come again next time.

btw your framing bed is sharp and dangerous. my finger was injured and keep bleeding during the stay.. luckily, the receptionist nicely gave me 3 pcs of plaster, hehehe. they were so kind btw ! i love to communicate with your recep ! night shift/ day shift both also nice and good communication. oh btw, i asked for housekeeping to change my bedsheet cause i stay more than 1 night, but the housekeeping just tidy the bedsheet and comforter. i thought they change the bedsheet for a new one tho... how do i know ? i wrongly put the duvet cover upside down 😂 then when i going back to my room after all my things done, bedsheet/duvet/comforter has not changed 🤣

The hotel was excellent. Great location. Everything is near. The hotel was nice and clean. The concierge desk was AMAZING. They were friendly and helpful beyond belief. They helped us plan our tour. The room service was excellent, too. 24/7 avaliable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, it had a lot of variety, something for everyone. Overall, it's a must stay place in KL.

Good rate, near to KL city easy can travel by MRT or Grabcar. Room is neat, clean and super cozy bed.

There is mall near by but not much tenant.

Conveniently located with lots of food choices available nearby. Breakfast is acceptable with the amount paid. Bed is very comfortable

Karaoke able to slightly hear nearby even at midnight. Rooms can actually be vacuumed before new guests. Maybe can request housekeeping.

The hotel was good. The staff is very good. They even gave me an early check-in. Also, the facilities are really good for what you pay. The restaurant next to the hotel is also a great convenience.

The only problem I had was low cell reception in that area. So, at times I had difficulty booking grabs. But, that is more of a cell network carrier problem than a hotel problem. The breakfast could be better. I ate only once. But, the restaurant next to the hotel is a good alternative. I ate Nasi Goreng 3 times, and each time it costed only 10 ringitts.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Breakfast was superb. Value for money. The staff are very helpful, i wish i got to catch their names so that i can mention them. Reception, Housekeeping, and waiters at the breakfast restaurant - amazing.

Noises outside the room can be clearly heard. Room is not sound-proofed.

The female chinese staff is super helpful, thumbs up to her good attitude. The bed is very comfy. The big bathtub is a bonus!

Car park is chargeable after a certain period, and the indoor car park feels really unsafe. Not many eateries around during night time.

It's quite clean and the service staffs were very welcoming.

The location was isolated and the mall had closed down. Area looked run down.
