This hotel is wonderful in all respects, especially the workers of Indian nationality for that hotel they are very kind. Indians are known for their kindness and good treatment of tourists

The rooms were not match with the pictures provided. One of the staff doing things also blur blur and almost lost my ID. So careless....

Not a hygienic and clean place for anyone to stay

One of the worst hotel I have stayed, the staff are so rude saying I'm staying in cheap room that's why the toilet has no cover and asking me to use tissue as toilet cover. No reception from morning to 12 noon and customer keep ringing my door bell asking where is receptionist. the staff keep talking from 9pm to 3am at the reception area and it is so noisy, the room are not sounds proff and it's so noisy from every corner . Worst place to stay please avoid

Hotel is very dirty, garbages were kept at staircase, rooms very dirty and moreover I didn't get the room that I've booked... overall not happy

Not clean. Rooms located at reception floor is too noisy. Can clearly hear people talking at reception. Rooms located just in front of the reception counter, no privacy.

I don't like the staff...I take triple room but only got blanket for double bed... single bed don't have...WiFi no have...

No hot water. really not happy stay at oyo brickfields

Worst hotel ever ...

location is the center of all the locations in the KL, easy visit by walk to KL Sentral, Neu Sentrl etc. we can get all the food till midnight and a 24/7 food facility parcel is available.

It was a chaos that day. I checked in quite late and the hotel was suffering from electricity lost. The problem was, I have booked a room here and I was being told because of no electricity I must find else where to stay. I told her I have paid and with all the prove but she insisted me to change. Only then another staff came and settled this. The toilet itself was really dirty. When the staff gave me the key, she reassured that the room was housekept. With garbage can full and used towels everywhere. I decided to complain to another staff. Which, she told me it was not even clean yet. Like, I have booked this few days ago, and you should be expecting me to arrive today right? Why until 7-8 at night still not clean yet? During midnight, there were a lot of them didn't want to sleep and chit chatted so loud I couldn't even sleep. If they didn't really like to sleep, be considerate and soften their voice la. Also, the next day when I would like to check out at 9am. Nobody was there to help me. I have been waiting for ages until another group of customers came and waited with me. At last, they helped to find another off duty receptionist to help us with the check out I woke up this early to get to the train station. Yet. With this kind of issues, I was late.
