Within ten minutes of checking in, I locked myself out of my room! The staff was great about it and gave me new keys. There was a crying baby in the room next to me that I heard in the hallway, once I was in my room I heard nothing. Quietest stay ever! And I normally am up all night when at a hotel due to noise, but here… I slept like a baby!

Loved everything about this place! Super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities in the room, a home away from home! Cafe food/coffee was delicious .

Beautiful hotel

Bar prices were spendy for downtown Kenosha

It was very clean overall. The room was pretty nice for the price I paid. This was the only hotel that was reasonably priced in 50 miles (I was going to a concert in East Troy,Wi)

You can hear outside the hallways so it can get a bit noisy.

Seemed like the AC was not keeping up with the humidity over night.

The rooms were comfortable aside from ours being freezing when we got there.

The staff was awful. The girl who checked us in was clearly annoyed at having to stand up and assist us upon our arrival. She offered zero information and looked at me like had three heads when I asked where we should park, where the elevator was, abba where our room was.

The building is beautiful and the staff was excellent.

It seems most hotels now offer a complimentary coffee bar, I did not like having to wait in line behind food orders and then having to guess how much cream and sugar I would like in their coffee. It would have been much easier and quicker to make it myself to my taste.
