Forgan Cottage provided quite an enjoyable stay. The property owner Tricia was very organized and communicated everything well ahead of time. The cottage was clean, comfortable, roomy and functional. The location was convenient to shopping, dining and pubs as well as golf links. Shuttle service and bus station nearby. Thanks again for a great visit! We’ll be back.

There are no words that can describe this little heaven within about 200 yards from one of the best streets in ST Andrew’s I have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this place is absolutely outstanding Lovely sized accommodation, great backyard and patio area A perfect spot for a great 3 day trip with family and friends for a wedding in St Andrew’s Book and enjoy Tom and my 5 friends

Forgan Cottage is so charming, and such a great location to walk anywhere in St Andrews. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. And there was even a lovely welcome package. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. We will be back.

I stayed here recently for a business golf trip to St Andrews. The communication with the owner in advance of our stay was first class. She provided us with all the information we needed to check in smoothly and was quick to respond to a few questions I had. The cottage is absolutely stunning, the rooms are huge and extremely comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The huge converted basement is ideal for storage, and the garden is the perfect outdoor space to relax. The cottage is only 10 mins walk to the Old Course and the centre of town. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a place in St Andrews. We will definitely be back. ★★★★★

Wonderful location and good food within the complex.

We had a fantastic time in St. Andrews and our stay at Forgan cottage. The Graham’s are excellent hosts and have thought of everything to make your stay a very memorable one. The cottage is in an excellent location (easy walking to Attractions and Pub’s) within the town of St. Andrews. It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable as it has been totally refurbished. We are looking forward to staying at Forgan cottage during our next visit to St. Andrews.

We really enjoyed our stay at Forgan Cottage. The house was very comfortable and beds wonderful. Kitchen was small but still very functional. A lovely back garden beautifully planted, so pretty. Location was good for the town but like everywhere in st Andrew’s parking is a challenge. The owner was always available when we needed her. Would like to return.

Forgan cottage was a perfect spot to stay while visiting St. Andrews. Tricia had everything we could need ready for us! The cottage was truly spectacular- from the outside patio to the fact that we could walk into town! Next time we visit we will definitely book the Forgan cottage.

Forgan cottage was perfect for our golf trip. The house is exactly as described if not better. The garden area is a particularly nice space. Really really well equipped with everything you need while on holiday. The sun even came out! Thank you.

Exceeded expectations

A great home for family stays or for golf trips. The house is just a few steps away from the the middle of town and quick access to golf and all that St.Andrews has to offer. Very clean and orderly, and a great back patio for bbq’s or a afternoon cocktail. Tricia is quick to respond and a gracious host.

We had a really relaxing three days here.. we've been coming to St.Andrews for many years and this is the first time we have stayed here....it won't be the last....owners were first class with comms....and property was first class.....well priced...well placed...and well presented....checking our diaries for next break....thanks

The property is even better than pictured, and the perfect blend of location and access. We stayed with an another couple and our teenage son. We also entertained our daughter and her husband there (they live in St Andrews). Perfect location close town (few 100 feet) but with free parking nearby. Access to both shopping areas (Market street and the Aldi/ M&S) The unit is exquisite, nicely appointed and with all the touches you need (full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, extra freezer and fridge. The outdoor space is incredible. Ducks in the burn behind and the furniture and backyard space on nice days are amazing. The kitchen is deceptively well planned. We cooked for up to 8 with no problems. There must be a special time/space warp that made it bigger. The hosts were amazingly receptive by all modes of communication. We had a few requests and they were happy to work with us. I have never had a better host for a stay. We have stayed in apartments and cottages 6 times in last 4 years in St Andrews and nearby towns. This was the nicest location with best hosts. A perfect spot for up to three couples to stay, and if others are nearby perfect place to host if they want to stop by for a visit.

We had a lovely stay at Forgen Cottage. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with super beds. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is newly refitted to a very high standard. The jewel in the crown is the outdoor space which is perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day enjoying all that St Andrews has to offer.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here, the only issue being we would hook for longer next time! Everything was perfect. Thank you Patricia and crew

The location was great - away from the busy part of town but a quick walk to the shops and restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We would book again without hesitation. Thank you!

Idyllic cottage to take in all that St.Andrews has to offer. The cottage was cozy, updated and well appointed. The pictures hardly do it justice. Great backyard space for relaxing and we discovered a path just outside the back gate that makes its way to the pier. Very close to all of the action. We look forward to coming back and staying here again. Thanks.

We came for St Andrews graduation. The cottage was perfectly situated, amazingly well appointed and extremely clean and fresh. We really enjoyed the excellent hospitality and all our questions were answered immediately. We highly recommend this VrBo!

Lovely cottage handily located for town. Much bigger than it looks from the outside and very nicely decorated. Only slight downside is there isn’t any parking but we never had to park more than a minute’s walk away. Wonderful small town with amazing beaches, would definitely recommend staying here.

The cottage was, as previously experienced, beautifully clean and comfortable. Our teenage granddaughters greatly appreciated the fact that we were only a few minutes walk from the centre of St Andrews. The garden has been nicely upgraded since our last visit and we were able to snatch some time, in between numerous showers, relaxing in this lovely area

Patricia’s cottage is comfortable & cosy with a great garden and everything you could possibly need for a great stay in St Andrews. The location is very central and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

I was unable to travel due to COVID. I had to isolate because I had been in contact with someone who tested positive. However those in the family who stayed in the house were delighted with location comfort cleanliness and household amenies. Hopefully I can visit there in the future
