Great views and beautiful home but it was dirty when we arrived. The toilets had the “sanitized” stickers on them and looked clean but there were cobwebs, dirt and worst of all, ROACHES everywhere. The dining area has food on the rug as did the rug under the coffee table. Luckily there was a small vacuum but they have a central vac hookup so I’m not sure why it wasn’t vacuumed properly before check in. The bathroom next to the kitchen smelled like urine and had greasy fingerprints on the walls. There was a pile of dead roaches behind the door that goes to the garage, clearly someone swept them up into a pile and didn’t discard them. There were roaches on the main floor and in some bathrooms and bedrooms. We had to spend our whole first afternoon cleaning and then the next day we continued to clean since we were still seeing roaches and we also washed all towels and sheets because we were grossed out and not confident everything was clean. We even had to purchase a mop and cleaners since none were in the house. It put a damper on the whole trip because we were 6 families with 13 kids, a few very young ones who crawl and are prone to eating off of the floor. For the price you are paying the house should be SPOTLESS. We rent houses like this in NC and SC every summer and we’ve never come across a house as dirty as this one. Very disappointed. Whoever they pay for cleaning services needs to be replaced

We had a large party of 14 adults and everyone had plenty of space to spread out - plenty of privacy and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen is great for group dinners - we invited a guest chef and this was super fun with plenty of space for 3 large courses! The pool table was fun, we could not find the foosballs for the table. We could not get the home theater to work but didn't call the host as it wasn't a big deal. The back porch was wonderful as was the 3rd floor balcony. The beds were comfortable - bring your own soft pillow if you like them soft! Overall it was a great location and a wonderful week, the host and management company were very responsive and accommodating - thanks Sue!

The house is amazing. We had a minor problem with air conditioner which was fixed immediately.
I have rented houses on several beaches for our family vacation for fourteen years. This is by far one of the best!! The owner is extremely nice and easy to work with , house was clean, pool was great and our family of 15 had a great time.

The home and location were stunning and there was more than ample room for our family of 13!
The downside:
We have rented vacation homes in the past and never had to worry about shopping for household supplies before the start of our vacation. Nearly as soon as we dropped our bags we noticed we were in need of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and trash bags). We certainly 'did not expect a well-stocked supply closet' but having the bare necessities that would get us through the first couple of days would have been thoughtful and appreciated.
Instead of enjoying our initial hours of arrival soaking up the home, ocean, hot tub and sunset we were hitting the local Walmart to get the aforementioned essentials.
With that said, we have no regrets in our vacation rental. We LOVED our stay.

Awesome place. Lots of seating inside and outside by the pool. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bath. Plenty of room to spread out.

The house was very good with the exception of the Theater Room, the top floor game room equipment and communication or lack of with the Host and the Real Estate Rental Company on problems we encountered. We could not get the theater room equipment to work (followed instructions) at all, had to have someone get the living room TV working. Told host and Elliott Premier Rental they sent someone the LAST day of our stay after waiting for 3 days. The game room pool cues had no tips and no caulk. The game machine had only one controller and no charger for the controller, reported this with NO response from anyone. The kids were disappointed with all of these short comings. The host always had to be asked "did you get my text/" after sending text about problems. When I called the Management company, they never answered the phone, just recorded messages and no way to leave a Voice mail. The host got them to call me once, the young man listened to my problems and then started Laughing, yes laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at, and he said, "I was Not laughing, I was giggling!". I ask him to have the Manager call me (he told me the man's name),
he never called me. I would not rent this house or any house from Elliott Premier Rental in the future for all of these reasons. I feel I did not get what I paid for, and I feel that once they had my money, they did NOT care. Bottom line, Terrible Customer Service and we have been renting luxury vacation homes for over 30 years.

This was our second year renting the house for a siblings reunion. The house is spacious and held my 5 siblings and some of there children without a problem. The common areas allowed us to spread out without being on top of each other. The owner was very responsive and handled any problems that came up. My family looks forward to staying again year.

It was perfect for our large family of 24. There was plenty of space for all. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids and grandkids! The pool maintenance company was fantastic as well.
We would definitely stay there again! We had a wonderful time!

First, the property is in a great location and the house is quite nice. We had a good time but upon arrival found some cleanliness issues that we had to resolve. A toilet seat was broken that was fixed by property manager. The water for one of the master bathroom tubs was only lukewarm while shower and sinks had hot water. We worked with that as best as we could but one of the ovens did not work for practically the whole week. Property manager scheduled replacement during our time on property because they did not have it taken care of prior to our arrival. We were not informed and were inconvenienced with workers for two of the days we were there. Also, we found dirty towels under sink and other peoples clothes in the drawers.
So, with some intentional attention, these issues can be corrected and 5 stars await.

My family's stay at this beautiful home was awesome! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The location is great as it is close to grocery stores and shopping. The owner, Sue, was always available for questions, very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a group of 20+ friends that have been going to N Myrtle Beach every year this same weekend for over 25 years. But this is the best place we have stayed at yet. Plenty of room for all of us and plenty of privacy if you wanted it. We did have some problems operating the elevator since all the exterior doors have to be shut for it to operate. The house was so big, it was hard to make sure someone wasn’t opening a door on another floor and the elevator would stop between floors. We also couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, close to Main Street, shopping and other fun activities. We are already planning a return trip for next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious Oceanfront home. The house is large and great for a large group. The outside pool area and decks are great space to hang out. We used the theatre room and games room on colder days and it was nice to have them. We paid for linens and pool heat. Both things are quite costly but it's a lot of linen to bring and pool heat is nice in November. If you want a hot tub that is hot and this is important to you then this isn't the house for you. The hot tub heats to the temperature of the pool in our experience, 85 F. Remember to bring tea towels and kitchen cloths with you as those aren't included in the linen package.

Overall this is an AMAZING property! Great location and well suited for a large group. Theatre room is fantastic! Great game room, Main living area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and bathrooms are well situated to maximize Ocean front views. Kitchen is well equipped with high end Viking appliances, two full size fridges and dishwashers makes for easy dining. Great walk in pantry to keep track of food. Sue was responsive to a few items that needed attention. The only item that was not fixed was the door on the primary oven which was off and was not able to be repaired while we were renting. Thankfully a second oven is available so it was not a real concern. Also a few of the chairs in the Theatre room need attention, back left is permanently extended and one of them would not extend.
This is a GREAT property that I would highly recommend for large gatherings.

Beautiful view. The overall condition of the house was very dirty, the pool was cloudy and full of sand on arrival, the furniture was very stained/dirty, many of the gates did not latch, the water faucet at the wash off station did not work, the railing near the end of the walkway to the beach was broken, many of the rocking chair arms on the upper balcony were broken, the bottom door electronic lock worked sporadically, the bottom rack on a dishwasher did not stay in the track making rolling full rack difficult. The house did not have an outdoor kitchen only a standard gas grill and a dry bar and it is not a new construction per the online description. The shower door in the right master bathroom on the top floor did not close, the water flow in many of the bathrooms was very low and unacceptable. More details on the house keeping; the stairs and baseboards were filthy; the carpets were not swept upon arrival. There was food and trash found under/behind furniture in all rooms, mold in the showers and around many air vents specifically ceiling air vent above the stove in the kitchen. The pool is NOT PROFESSIONALY MAINTAINED. The pool repair man informed us there have been many issues with the pool/hot tub, caused by the owner not properly maintaining the equipment due to allowing things to run to failure, causing many renters to lose use of the Pool/Hot Tub. The pool cleaning man was extremely rude, only showed up a few times and did a poor job cleaning pool.

Stay was great. However, hot tub didn’t work until last day after maintenance came to work on it twice. Was also told that pool pH level was very unhealthy and unsanitary. Dirty sock was found under bed evidently left from previous tenant. However, house and location was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of room for 20 adults and 4 kids. Most enjoyable family vacation. Sue was very accommodating and addressed our hot tub issue, even though we could enjoy it for only one day.

This beach house was the absolute perfect place for the 29 of us to hang out. We never once felt crowded. There is ample room to sleep, eat, and hang out. The house is way more beautiful than any of the pictures show. This kitchen was well stocked with any items we needed. I enjoyed using the walk-in pantry to "hide" all our stuff so it didn't have to set out on the countertop. We also used the wetbar as the location for all the teenagers snack food. The location was a short drive (20-25 minutes) from Broadway at the Beach and all the Myrtle Beach attractions. It is definitely worth staying at this location in North Myrtle Beach. It is so peaceful. You will not be disappointed!

4 generations of family stayed in your beautiful house! The house was just like the pictures! The elevator was used a lot by a few of us & made it possible to get to all floors easily! We really enjoyed the game room & movie room & pool! We paid to have pool heated & it was used a lot! Sue was wonderful to work with & responded quickly to concerns requests. We cooked all nights except 1 & appreciated the 2 dishwashers & 2 ovens! Having 2 washer/dryers was also great!

This is a beautiful home and everything you see in the pictures are on point. Everyone that came to the house loved it! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of space for people to sit down together. This was the perfect home our siblings retreat. We look forward to staying again next year.

Sue was wonderful with responding to my questions and was very helpful.
A couple of pieces of feedback:
-A Keurig would be a great addition. Although there were three coffee pots, it was a little bit of a disappointment to not have a keurig.
-Had some issues with the kitchen sink being stopped up and the garbage disposal stopped working, and the plumber was not able to come during our stay which made some of our food preparation plans difficult.
-Some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced and/or thoroughly cleaned
-The hot tub never got warm. Thoughts are that because the design has the hot tub waster filtered through the pool, it won’t get hot unless you purchase the pool heating. So if you really want to use the hot tub, you may want to consider this.
None of the above were big issues, and therefore we are planning to come back for another stay!

Renting was fine
Had left a couple of messages before we arrived no response.
Called on the day we were to check in and was asked if I was sure we were supposed to be checking in. Once we finally arrived the cleaning people were leaving, but was not cleaned very well. Had paid for the linens and one of the rooms still had soiled bedding.. Floors had dirt and stains on the stairs. Went to heat the spa was not working , sent a message and was told someone would be there the next morning. Sent a message the next day and was told pool guy had been there and it was working. Tried it again not working, sent another message, they sent guy out again and he told us that it has been broken and needed to be replaced, and management was aware that this what was needed. Feel that there was false advertising for the spa they should put that on the descriptions.
The actual place was nice and great location if the spa was working and I if it was cleaner it would have been fantastic!

Beautiful home, property owner was professional. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and organized, comfortable and spacious, amenities were suitable for all age ranges. This will definitely be a top pick for the future and a highly recommended place to stay 😊

This was our second stay at this property and hopefully not the last. Love the location and the views. Very nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
We had a hiccup upon entering as the house was not yet fully cleaned, however the owner let us in early and we let her know. She addressed and it was still fully cleaned by original check in of 4pm. The one thing is that the owner does not check VRBO messaging regularly, so be sure to call her as you need.

Overall the property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations in many ways! When booking the property, it was a little unclear how to select the linen service and heated pool option, but thankfully the property owner (Sue) made herself available to help last minute and was very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process! Upon arrival the house was amazing and check in process was easy to follow. We did notice that a few chairs in the movie theatre didn’t work, there was a magnet missing on the shower door on the top floor bathroom, a big crack in the ceiling of one of the 3rd floor King bed suites, the hand rail was missing on the boardwalk stairs to the beach, and the main floor half bath was missing a faucet handle. Other than that, this was the perfect house for our impromptu wedding/family get together! Everyone could not believe the size and beauty of the house and we really enjoyed our stay! Would very much recommend this house!!

If you are looking for a place to accommodate your ever-growing, large family for a vacation trip, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! My husband and I began to look for a place for our bi-annual family vacation and needed space for 24. After searching, we chose “The Haven.” We hoped upon hope that this place would not disappoint like our house did two years ago.
Not disappointed at all!!!!
We were beyond surprised at the massive room this house has!! We could have all 24 of us in the kitchen/dining area and still have room; have us all out at the pool and hot tub and still have room; have us all on the game room floor and still have room; even the theatre room could hold us all and still have room! Every bedroom was used and no one was without a place to crawl into bed after a fun-filled day! I don’t know how many times we heard our children and grandchildren say that this was the best house yet, and we’ve been doing this for over 10 years. All said that they would come here again, hands down! The space is amazing, the kitchen was used for meals, 3 X’s a day...never disappointed us as we had many cooks in the kitchen, the grandkids were from top to bottom having fun wherever they landed! I have nothing bad to say about all that is provided at “The Haven.” The only thing that we don’t understand is the linen rental, but maybe it’s a state law. For us, renting this house and paying what you pay, you’d think all linens, dish towels, toilet paper and trash bags would just be a part of arriving and spending the week. When you travel for 14-16 hours to get there, the last thing you want to worry about is if all your kids and grandkids will have sheets and blankets to sleep. Other than that, plan for an amazing stay; you’ll love it!!

We had the best time! There were 14 of us, eight being brothers and sisters with spouses. The home is beautiful, the view and the beach are beautiful, and our host Sue couldn't have been more gracious.
Although hurricane Ian had just gone thru and there was an issue stepping down onto the beach, as the sand was washed away, Sue got on it immediately and on the first full day we had Beach access. The theater room was just wonderful and Movie night was so special! We had 12 of us in there at one time enjoying movies in our PJ's in very comfortable recliners. PJ party time! The hot tub was used by some who said was hot and wonderful!
The openness of the home with kitchen, living room, two dining areas, bar area and the overview of the beach was perfect for all of our time together. There were alot of steps, however the elevator was most useful and easy to use, once we got used to it. Just for your information the top two bedrooms (level 4) do not have balconies but have large windows overlooking the beach. There are two bedrooms on the third level which do have balconies. Unfortunately due to Ian going through the windows on the top floor were very salty and the view was not very good, although this was understandable. This house is beautiful however it is not within walking distance to most restaurants or entertainment on Myrtle Beach.
We all had a wonderful time sitting out on the porch everyday for hours catching up and just taking in the beautiful beach. There are plenty of places to store food, cook food and display food for everyone. The set up is perfect for large families.
We would rent this home again,- in a moment, and are considering it for our next Sibling Reunion!

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this house was. It met our needs perfectly. There was an issue with the AC on the second floor and the owner quickly resolved it. In fact, we booked again for next year and hope to make this property our beach destination for years to come. Highly recommend to all.

I’m sad to report that this house is not worth the money. It is a beautiful home and the layout is perfect for a large family vacation, but the owner / management company is not providing the level of service that should come with a house with this price tag.
First, the house was not clean when we arrived. We found random food and trash throughout the house and several of the showers were not cleaned. One bed didn’t have sheets and all the previous renter’s linens were still piled in the laundry. I didn’t contact the owner about this because we were able to find extra linens in the laundry room and just chalked it up to a quick turn around on the house.
Then, we realized the ice machine and wine fridge were both broken. The owner attempted to fix these during our stay but was unsuccessful. The 2nd oven was also missing the control panel and not functional for our stay. According to the owner, the oven was also scheduled to be fixed after we left. So, we had 3 broken kitchen appliances for the week. Note that these didn’t break during our week, they were broken before we arrived and never fixed.
As for the “outdoor kitchen with gas grill”, this is inaccurate. The grill was rusty and didn’t work. When I complained to the owner, she replaced it with a new $300 Home Depot grill that day. Even with a new grill, the listing should really say cheap gas grill with a countertop. There is no sink, no power, or any other kitchen amenities outside.
And, as for “professionally maintained private pool and hot tub”, this is also not accurate. The pool was not serviced during our stay so algae slowly grew in the corners throughout the week.
My husband and I have managed a beach rental property for 10+ years – and we’ve also rented with VRBO for years and never left a negative review. I contacted the owner to address our difficulties and she is unresponsive. I understand that issues arise with all houses, but the owners did not deliver the “luxurious” vacation as promised.

First of all the house was beautiful, there were 16 people in our group and there was more than enough space for all. We had a bit of a problem when we entered the house looked like it had not been cleaned before we got there, we contact the owner and she sent someone to come clean it however she did not have enough time because it needed more than just quick cleaning, the bathrooms we filthy. We paid for sheets and linens and we found out that the sheets we were sleeping on were never changed. They finally got someone in to change the sheets and clean the bathrooms. We also had a problem with the pool it was very cloudy most of the week the pool guy came by and was not very nice, he told us it was our fault. On the last day of our week the pool finally was clear. We have stayed in an another home this owner has and it was a great experience, so we were very disappointed this trip. I am sure it was just a fluke .

We hosted 17 people at the Haven for our wedding. Plenty of room, perfectly equipped and laid out. The media room and third floor game rooms were great to have the extra space available to spread out. Stunning views that can’t be beat!

This property was so spacious and beautiful! Huge rooms, high ceilings, comfortable furniture, stunning views of the ocean as soon as you walk in! We had 17 people in our group (12 adults, 5 kids under 5 yo) and there was PLENTY of room with beds and sofa beds to spare. The pool and beachfront location was perfect for our group who had to work the day around naps and bedtime. The first floor had a great open area for games, gathering and there was tons of seating! The theatre room was the icing on the cake. It is tough to find a house that suits our large family, but The Haven was perfect. We will definitely be back!!

Great location and a perfect house for our group of 4 families. The kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The large open space on the main floor made for great dinners and games. 4 beach-facing king bedrooms were nice for the adults. Walking distance or a short drive to souvenir shops. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great experience and vacation!

The house is beautiful, the view of the ocean is even better. Sue is very responsive. We had a little trouble with the pool/heat. It wasn't working for a day. We contacted Sue and it was taken care of right away. The WiFi is weak, sometimes not working at all. For those who are working on vacation it would be a problem. The shower in the 2nd floor bedroom at the bottom of the stairs doesn't work. We could only get a trickle of water out of it. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed to feed our group. We visited the aquarium, local shops and restaurants. There is plenty to do if the weather is inclement. All in all this is a great property. We all had a wonderful time.
