Beautiful property located on a lovely mews in the centre of town. The Apartment is perfect for a group of 6 with great facilities and finishes. Best of all the property is surrounded by amazing pubs, shops and a stones throw from the sea!

Such a nice place to stay. Really had a lovely time.

Location was superb, close to everything. Cottage was lovely, spacious and good value for money. Would definitely rent the place again.

Minor irritations, door and cupboard handles kept coming off in your hands. Two of the bedroom doors would not close properly. Appreciate that the building is old but these are easy fixes. Host assumed that we knew how to operate the Nest controls for heating but we worked it out in the end.

Superb central location and just a short stroll from the beach. Very close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Fantastic home from home feel with everything you need, and more, for a self catering holiday. Lovely touch with milk, bread and eggs plus tea, coffee and sugar supplied on arrival.

Tidy up the garden, it is getting overgrown and a little unkempt. Fix the shower as unfortunately the shower head does not stay in place when the water is switched on. The ability to open the windows in the shower room would be a bonus.

Beautiful homely cottage right in the centre of broadstairs handy for the beach, shopping and lots of lovely places for eating out, it take away for a night in. Cottage had everything you could possibly need, a gratefully received welcome pack with tea, coffe etc all supplied. Just walk in and was able to make some tea after our journey. Without all the in packing. Beautifully comfortable beds with crisp cotton bedding and lots of fluffy towels. So nice to arrive to it all done and ready. Hosts gave brilliant directions, parking info etc. And were most helpful with any extra questions we had and made us feel very welcome and at home. Had a fabulous holiday. Highly recommend.

The cottage is amazing! It has a brilliant central location, in what seemed to be the only surviving example of an "old broadstairs" lane of cottages. The "old bakery" on the corner was great for lunch or a cream tea. We went swimming at Stone Bay a few times, which is beyond Viking Bay, but still only a short walk away. Simon was very helpful with an early payment query, as well as sending instructions and the cottage booklet. We would love to come back to this beautiful property, in Broadstairs, one of our favourite seaside destinations.

The frontdoor requires a bit of a "knack" to open and I think the cleaners may have been rushing a bit as there was a little bit of dust when we arrived. Overall, very very minor in a very enjoyable stay!
