Beautiful house with a wonderful garden, our room was spacious and our bed very comfy so we slept really well on our three day stay. Morag is a wonderful host and made us very welcome sharing her knowledge of Margate and things to do there. Lovely breakfast with all fresh and homemade produce. So happy we found this little gem!

Location was perfect. Morag and Chris were perfect hosts with many helpful tips. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts.

There was nothing to fault.

Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was superb and included a daily fresh fruit salad. Megan worked tirelessly to ensure that all our needs were catered for. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

What a lovely surprise. I thought I had booked a simple BnB. Rosslyn court is anything but. Christopher and Morag have made this so much more. They are friendly, welcoming and a great source of local knowledge. The house is spotlessly clean, close to the centre of town, full of homely charm and the breakfast is superb. You have to try Morag’s marmalade; the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope to see you again. Ian.

the property was in a great location, spotlessly clean with every attention to detail, you could not fault a thing. it is the best b&b I have ever stayed in.

The house is beautiful. Charming, full of character and very clean and homely. Morag is an incredible host that made me feel so welcome, with great tips and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious - local tomatoes too!

Morag was a brilliant host and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing and catered for my dietary needs. Would definitely recommend friends to stay there.

We arrived earlier than check-in time to let host Morag aware we were in Margate. Rather unexpectedly, we were told our room was ready, which was great. What we loved was our room and the wonderful guest house features and how welcomed we were made to feel. The linen was spotless white and the facilities are great, everything was well thought out including refreshments, tea and coffee and the super breakfast eaten in the beautiful orangery! Our hosts provided information at point of booking and in the room incl. nearby attractions bars and restaurants, exhibitions which meant we could plan our itinerary for the few days we were staying. We look forward to returning in the summer!

Nothing to dislike

Heartwarming place to stay with the most wonderful host you could wish for. We enjoyed our stay and Morags presence and recommendations very much.

Rosslyn Court is a lovely, welcoming place managed by lovely, warm couple Morag and Chris. There’s attention to details, a charming garden and a calm, familiar atmosphere. The family lives in and they only rent 3 rooms, so everything feels quite tranquil and cosy. My room was comfortable and clean with an en-suite bathroom and a window overlooking the garden. I appreciated all the comforts in the room including a variety of herbal teas to choose from. Breakfast is excellent and there’s live music some evenings (the owners are huge folk fans!) which makes it extra special. Thoroughly enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend it!

The breakfast was excellent, any special needs or preferences were catered for, lovely coffee. Central location, bus stops for the Loop and further afield at the top of the road.

Parking but nothing Morag and Chris can do about that.

Breakfast was great . Accommodation only few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Morag is an excellent hostess . Accommodation is very clean and homely and comfortable

Shower temperature goes from cold to very hot and one cannot adjust it to a comfortable temperature

I had a very nice light room. Everything was tidy and clean. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but I saw the nice breakfast room a conservatory type room with views on the garden.

The area could do with some sprucing up, no TV in the room, buy WiFi was good. But nothing seriously wrong. A pleasant place.

Breakfast was fantastic!

The room was amazing, host was super friendly and accommodating with excellent communication. Bed was extremely comfortable and the ceiling fans were very welcome in the heat!

No TV in the room. I’ve seen comments stating that it’s because ‘there’s plenty to do in Margate’ but after traveling for 7 hours it’s nice to just stay in your room and watch a bit of TV, especially for the cost, it should be standard I think. I also didn’t like that there was no milk in the room, I don’t want to have to walk downstairs to a kitchen to get milk for a coffee. Yes it was warm but UHT long life milk would have been fine. Location didn’t feel safe at all especially for the on street parking.
