Great place enjoyed our stay nice and quiet after working all day.

Great quiet place. This is my second time visiting Kansas and we love this lodge.

it wasn't really clean. Something had been spilled on the coffee table, and also in the microwave, and not cleaned up. The toilets were not clean when you lifted up the seats. There were mouse droppings in the bottom drawer next to the stove, and on the white cabinet in the laundry room. We noticed that there is quite a gap in the threshold under the entry door. We also saw a roach on the bathroom floor. The corner section of the couch was busted and sunken in. The bathroom mirror on the south was so low we had to bend over to see our face. And the lighting was so low we couldn't see to shave - I had to go buy a clamp light at Walmart to shave. Both bathrooms need a light over the mirror. Also the kitchen area is pretty dark and needs more light for fixing meals, etc. The TV had no instructions and it took quite a while to figure out. The south bathroom tub was very slippery and needs a no-slip mat on the bottom. Some of our group was older, 70+, and had trouble getting into the high beds. A small step stool in the bedrooms would be a big help. Also, a chair in the bedrooms would be nice to sit down and put on socks & shoes, etc. There were no closets or rods of any kind to put hanging clothes on. Just a couple rods on the wall or hooks of some kind would be an easy fix. We had to hang them on the curtain rods and then couldn't see out. It was a nice area and layout, and had some nice features that weren't even advertised, but the lack of cleanliness, etc. ruined it.

Our stay was a reunion for myself & my brother whom we hadn’t seen for almost 3 years. This property was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room to hang out, play games, cook together, fire pit and certainly plenty of room to sleep. We enjoyed ping pong so much! You could even put badminton in the garage area if you wanted. Very nice amenities and decor as well. Corn hole would be a nice addition or even horseshoes. Regardless, we are already planning our next trip.,

Property was great. Lots of room for a large group! We just needed it for a quick overnight stay so didn’t spend much time there, but would have enjoyed staying a few nights!

We stayed here twice, once while traveling to see the 2024 total eclipse and once on our way back. Nice place, plenty of room. Kirk was quick to respond to any questions/requests. I enjoyed the view from the patio. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The lodge serves as an excellent hunting base camp. Attached garage is a nice place to store and dry out gear.

We came with a group of 10, was suppose to be 13 but a few backed out. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice! The internet wasn’t the best, and the couch was a little wonky, but overall BEAUTIFUL place, great for large groups. Close to town, owner was responsive. We will book here again next year!

The lodge was a great place for our family. Plenty of beds as well as a nice kitchen and room to spread out. We enjoyed the pool table and thought it would be a great place for a party. While the location was a bit out there, it was still easy access to the highway system. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place is peaceful and wonderful if you need a couple extra beds. Highly recommend!

We travelers from Tennessee and Wyoming to a wedding in Salina. I had my daughter with her 4 yr old 2 yr old along with my Mom. The open space in the rental itself was amazing! The outside area only made it that much better!! we did half to move a few decorations away from the two year old but the fact that each bedroom had two beds in it, and there were two bathrooms. Perfect! The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed, there were plenty of towels and blankets if we needed them. The communication with Kirk was extremely easy and he was very accommodating. It’s absolutely the perfect place for a few people or a larger group.

We stayed here the night before our wedding our wedding party. Very clean nice place with plenty of room for larger groups! Would definitely stay here again!

Another great year at this house. Perfect location for everyone to travel to. Sat outside and watched satellite, stars and played corn hole. No issues with house, just needed more seating to all watch the football game.

We needed a place to stay while our RV was being worked on nearby. With 100 degree temperatures we stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer available. The frig and microwave were dirty, I had to vacuum and the furniture I think is from the 80’s .

I do not usually review, but we really loved this place. The property manager is super easy to work with. The place was so fun for a family gathering. We were there for my son's wedding weekend.

Great for a whole family or group of friends to stay in one place! Large gathering rooms to all hang out. Large bathrooms and great water pressure! The laundry room is a little cluttered but nice to have an extra sink and mirror space. Thinner walls, I could hear the people staying in the next bedroom talking or snoring. Comfortable beds. Overall we had a great experience and would rent again.

This space is great for large groups. Easy process and great communication with owner! The space made it easy to gather and be together!

I have stayed at this location multiple times and it’s amazing. It’s accommodating for larger groups and has a ton of cool features.

Spacious and clean

We came to Salina to watch our hometown play in the State Basketball Tournament. We had a variety of ages of people and we all had a wonderful time!! Great for kids and adults!! Definitely worth the money and the location was beautiful! It had everything we needed plus more!

Our family had a great time staying at the lodge last weekend to celebrate Christmas. Family from Lee's Summit, Wichita, Salina, and Florida met at this central location. Each family had their own bedroom for privacy. We enjoyed games, some pool and ping pong contests, as well as a bonfire. We had everything we needed and it was just as pictured and described. We are repeat customers as our family also met at the lodge for Thanksgiving 2021. We highly recommend it! Thanks!
