Stylish 6 Bedroom Home in Trendy Logan Square!
La nostra casa elegante e di nuova costruzione in Logan Square ha tutto lo spazio di cui una famiglia o un gruppo di amici viaggiano insieme, oltre a un facile accesso ai migliori ristoranti, bar e negozi che il quartiere ha da offrire (anche se con elettrodomestici completamente nuovi, potresti ritrovarti a cucinare in un paio di notti)! Siamo a pochi passi dalla linea blu di Logan, quindi è facile arrivare a O'Hare o al Loop da qui. 2 box auto gratuiti in loco. Buona visita in questa casa spaziosa, soleggiata e arredata con gusto!

Overall we were very happy with our visit here. We had 13 guys and this unit has more than enough space for all of us. Our only issue was that we could not gain access to the garage to park our cars. The code to open the garage door did not work which was a bummer. We were able to easily find free parking on the street right in front of the house so in the grand scheme of things, it really didn’t matter.
Other than that, very happy with our entire stay!

We stayed here for a large group trip to Chicago, and it was an excellent option for us. The only hiccup was that the cleaning service was still getting the property cleaned when we were supposed to check in at 3. Otherwise, we had no issues!

So, all in all the place is fine and lives up to the description. We do an annual trip with seven 50 year old guys to a city for a relaxing weekend.
Three things however I would comment about for people considering renting this place:
1) The owner has a ridiculous list of things that he says he will fine or penalize you for. It is like a laundry list of $50, $100, and more financial penalties. It is very unfriendly and given you already pay for insurance, it seems absurd. it is also written like the renters (who are paying a LOT per night) are in elementary school - say that you will make people pay for damage. I expect that if we damage something we should pay, but I don't expect such an odd approach to dealing with customers paying multiple thousands of dollars. Treat people like adults.
2) The owner seems to have a weird level of focus on the place. He mentions monitoring visitors from cameras by the doors,... It just makes the whole thing seem creepy.
3) A lot of stuff was in poor state - the garage door didn't open so we had to raise it manually/park on the street, the coffee table had damage to the edge when we arrived (which worried us given his crazy list of things he would "fine" guests for), one bathroom had an issue with the faucet, stuff was clearly low quality and not holding up,... Just odd for a place that is this expensive.
Again, none of these things are a deal breaker, but we wouldn't ever rent here again given the oddness of #1 and #2 above and the reality of #3.

We are a family group, all senior adults. We had everything we needed, pretty much. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect for us, quiet, but still not far from downtown. We recommend.

We had a great time. The house was just as the pictures on the website. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Amit was very helpful getting the property rented. I would definitely stay again.

Big house in a great location!!
Amit's place was perfect for a girls trip! It was easy to get to on the CTA, and plenty of room for us to sleep and all hang out and play games. We'd love to stay here again!

Great house for a group event
We enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town for a NCAA basketball weekend. There was plenty of space for three families to share and gather in the hearth room or spread out to our own rooms. Communications with Amit were quick and responsive on this last minute reservation. Thanks for sharing your house.

Great Spot for a Reunion
8 college friends and I rented this beautiful home for a reunion weekend and it was perfect. Tons of space to sleep and socialize, great kitchen for cooking or cocktailing and many good nearby restaurants. Amit was a great communicator and always available if we had questions.

Great Place for a Large Group Gathering
We were looking for a place for 6 couples for a family get together in the Chicago area and this place worked wonderfully. Spacious areas in the family room and kitchen for large group gatherings. Amit was a good communicator prior to our visit, during our visit and at check out. Only 20 minutes to the airport (non-peak traffic).

Great for a large group
We were very happy with the house. Great location - very easy to get downtown and having the garage in which to park our vehicles was appreciated. The house was clean although we were surprised by the number of warnings to not scuff the floors or walls given the number of marks already there. They were not an issue for us and did not distract from our enjoyment of the house, but the warnings did not match the state of the house. We would definitely recommend the house based on location, size, convenience and comfort.

AS Good As It Gets
I travel frequently and have stayed in some beautiful rentals all over the world, and I have to give Amit a gold star. This is a very beautiful home that is well represented by the online photos. We had a group of 10 (family and friends) in Chicago for a family wedding- we stayed several nights and couldn't have been more comfortable. I am a mattress snob and need my sleep- so the beds were very important to me! VERY comfortable beds and all of the furnishings were top notch. Will absolutely stay again. Amit- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us- we loved it!

Nice stay but under construction??
My family and I thought the host was really nice but the home had a lot of marks on the walls and floors. The microwave and the dishwasher handle is taped on. I think the home is over priced for all the issues that’s going on inside it. The foosball table was missing a couple men on it but it was enjoyed by my family.

Loved our time in this house with family! Everyone had their own bed and were completely comfortable! Also enough space to spread out in the different areas of the home as needed. Cannot say enough about Amit and his communication and responsiveness to any concerns! Great host for sure and I have rented a lot of VRBO's! We would come back to this home in a heartbeat!

Literally picturesque

Everything went really well. Needs very minor repairs. This place was perfect for large families. The garage was nice, because parking could be challenging. Everything we needed something the owner came to bring it. Definitely would stay here again.

Updated home close to everything
The house was very nice and our family of 6 was very comfortable. It has a garage which is great but it needs to be numbered so you can locate it. We easily traveled to everything we wanted to see in Chicago so location worked out great.

Plenty of Rooms
This was a great property for my overflow family to stay at Thanksgiving instead of hotels. There were rooms for everyone and plenty of space to gather in the main floor living space. While we didn't do cooking at the house (we went to family) it did appear to have good supplies. We appreciated having the garage for a few more parking spaces close by. If you have a big group this is a great place. Kudos to the Property Manager - he was very engaged!

Great Stay! Beautiful Home, World-class owner!
We had a large group and enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, well stocked with necessities, and comfortable beds in all rooms. Our group enjoyed the big open kitchen and being able to retire to our rooms when needed. Noise does not carry at all. We had several nights where some of us stayed up very late and did not disrupt the others. Amit is a great host, always on top of communications, ensuring we had what we needed, and was quick to answer any issues/concerns. I highly recommend this place for your stay when you need a bigger house. The location is great and the garage is perfect!!

Amit's home was a clean, inviting space for our large group visiting Chicago for a conference. The property was very clean and well-maintained, with the listed photos and amenities being very accurate representations of the house. The location is close to a train station, as well as to the highway for easy access into the city. Great for a gathering of friends
This house was a great location for our group that was visiting Chicago. It is an easy walk to the blue-line and near local restaurants. The house itself has 3 nice living areas and two large tables. It is great for gathering and game playing. The garage is an added convenience so you don’t have to find on street parking. The kitchen has plenty of space for meal prep. Overall a very comfortable home for friends or family.
