No driving water at all , not clean , bad bad , to hight to climb , bad cupboards. No place to iron cloths , very very very unfortable to stay , thank God I booked only for one night and then moved to blue lotus

It’s okay and nice apartment.

Swimming pool. That it’s closed on Sunday for other then the owners.

Reception staff were great.

Before booking the accommodation I had contacted the Agent in charge to check if we could use the pool area for my daughters 11th birthday with a maximum of 4 adults and 5 children. To which I was informed that it wouldn't be an issue and just liaise with the reception desk. As per this I proceeded and booked the accommodation for 2 nights with my kids. I did not receive any check in information until I had got to the apartment and figured out where we were supposed to stay. Once at reception I checked about the pool and was informed we could only use the pool for one hour! Bearing in mind the reason I booked the property was for the birthday of my daughter. With no response from the agent I had to pay additional hours for each person just so my daughter would have a nice birthday. Very disappointing and costly! I wish the sad tale ended there! The place came with free WIFI and Netflix which never worked from the minute we entered the apartment. Sent a few emails over the 3 days we were there with no response from the agent at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone from the way I was treated. I hope the actual owner of the apartment reads this so he is aware of how the agent is treating people!

No breakfast

Very minor improvements could be made. Provide a sharp knife(knife was blunt), cups and bottle opener

Great , but and comfortable room. It also has a nice view.

The water pressure and temperature control in the shower was not good. As well, the receptionists in the welcome area were a bit cold.
