The location and space of the house

Not enough toilet paper and towels. Didn’t provide face towels. Limited dishes in kitchen. The hot tub didn’t work and the pool wasn’t clean the 1st day we arrived.

Code was wrong, agent didn't know how to work the lock took over an hour for her to get us the correct instructions

The whole place is dirty. There was a covid mask in the pool, there was a joint in the pool, a chemical bottle top, a meat bbq stick, a plastic bag, and dirt all over the edges. We asked them to come and clean it and they netted out the mask and bag and left everything else. The villa is dirty and is clearly not cleaned despite the cleaning fee. We asked for them to clean it and they refused. After 1 night we left and asked for a refund, they refused and we are now having to take them to court for the money back. Also, the images have been manipulated, they even admitted this in an online chat transcript. The pool is never in the sun. The house backs onto the main road also which isn't shown. All in all it's a terrible property and ran terribly. No-one should stay here.

There’s so many things wrong with this property. Let’s start with the roach in the kitchen area. The carpet was dirty, the tv upstairs in the common area, the Harry Potter room and minions room didn’t work. There wasn’t a sofa bed. Curtains in the conman area upstairs were about fall down. Let’s move on to the pool I purchased the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. That didn’t work because the motor was broken but they charged my card anyway knowing that the motor didn’t work. The pool had all type stuff in it . The previous guests must have had a party out there that means the cleaning company didn’t do their job.I reach out to the management company wonder vacation homes and received a text back that said a manger would be out the next morning that was a lie. I also purchased the rental grill wasn’t at the property. That’s day one with no pool or grill. Day 2 we had to repeatedly call and message the company through the portal. I finally reach a manager name Elisa Melo. The first time Ms.Melo try to brush me off after being lied to repeatedly and ignored. So we decided to google the address which is about 25 minutes away. I get there and the receptionist doesn’t know the company or Ms.Melo. The Customer service was the worst. You can’t purchase tickets to the water park or use the gym. Encore doesn’t allow you to use them unless you’re a guest at their property . You must rent directly from them. If you planned on staying here look somewhere else save yourself the headache

Nothing, this house ruined my birthday.

Customer service was terrible, filthy dirty pool, the jacuzzi did not work and it had roaches. On top of all that the pool door alarm went off all night and no one would come and fix it. So we had to stay in a hotel because we couldn’t sleep. I should have read the reviews.

Customer service is horrible overall

The house is very accommodating for a large family. The location was good.

The management was not good. The oven was not functional on arrival and took 24hrs to be only partially functional. The door was not closing. We requested a BBQ and was not delivered until the second day. No discount on the price of the rental was made. The management did not make us feel welcome. They just wanted to charge extra for everything. Gave the impression that they were not interested on us to come back but rather to see how to make more money from us this time. They threatened to charge extra day because we left the property at 10:15 AM instead that 10:00am. I would definitively stay on the property if different management company would be involved.
