the Berkley was a great option for our family of five to stay at for the week. it was quiet, and the rooms were amazing and the pool area was great as well.

Priced very reasonable,Spacious, clean, quiet and family friendly. No loud party spring breakers! Got to see a gator swimming across the lake while enjoying the screened in patio. Just over all wonderful place!!!

The best part of our stay at the Berkeley are the two gentlemen who were always available to help us out whenever we needed anything. Even though they spoke predominantly Spanish they were more than willing to figure out what we needed. All accommodations are well maintained, clean and in a beautiful setting. Our family loved the pool, our suite was spacious and nicely set up with a covered deck/ balcony overlooking a peaceful large pond. We were able to see the light show from one of the parks in the distance.

The shuttle service had only one time in the morning and return times for each park, therefore, we were forced to Uber back and forth from the parks each day. It would have been nice to have an in-house restaurant and bar. The color scheme for the suites are a little outdated The TV channels and remote was difficult to figure out. The sofa was not very comfortable, the cushions felt like they were inflated and would lose air and deflate. However, we do plan to book again next year because of all the other terrific amenities the Berkeley offers.

Excellent option, huge apartment, clean and very comfortable. The pool is amazing.

Pool area, theatre and gym were lovely. 4 bedroom suite was roomy and furnished adequately for our family of 6. We had an easy check in, even though computer was down and needed to be put on paper. A couple issues with a toaster and knives were dealt with and replaced within hours once we notified management . Cleaning staff and maintenance in building was superb.

Smaller resort so pretty quiet especially pool area, quier and relaxing. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with everything you need. View of Magic Kingdom fireworks from balcony nightly.

Because its smaller no walking trails like some of the bigger resorts, I missed a morning walk. Gated but in our 8 days there only 1 time we came in was gate locked with security checking, rest of time left open.

The suite was way bigger than I had expected. It came stocked with everything that we needed for the week to include a washer and dryer. It was very clean and exceeded my expectations.

Overall size of rental unit was nice. Outdoor space, including pool, grills, and landscaping was very nice.

Despite the advertisement, no onsite restaurant or bar. The fact that they offer shuttles to “Disney Parks” is misleading. They run twice per day on odd schedules and can’t be modified because it’s third party. If I recall, lunch and really late night to only 2 of the 4 parks, so we spent a bunch of unexpected money on Uber XL’s twice per day. Staff was rude.

Beautiful large rooms, lovely staff, great beds, cleaners were very accommodating.

I liked everything, but transport to and from the airport would be fantastic, as well as more options for travelling to and from the parks.

Spacious suite with living room and bedroom, decent pool and gym, close to parks and Orlando city. Friendly and helpful staff.

This resort is of very high quality, extreme cleanliness, very good pool and hot tub. Own cinema, where one can enjoy a movie of choice. Kitchen really well equipped. I am really glad to have stayed there!

Sometimes, there are quite big traffic jams, when returning from Orlando/Disney/Seaworld, etc. But this may be overall problem form Orlando
