Everything was nice. It’s an older property but the lakefront and private dock were just what we were looking for. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for us. Living area is a little small. The window units and central air didn’t get the house as cool as we are used to but it wasn’t intolerable.

The location was exactly as advertised. Very, clean, well stocked and roomy for the 7 of us (6 adults + one 4yr old). Highly recommended.

We loved our getaway to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs. In particular, we enjoyed the hot tub after hiking all day at Lake Ouachita State Park. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner each day.

We all annoyed the proximity of the lake, the town center and of course the hot tub. Great communication from the owner made check in a breeze. Can’t wait to come back

This is a well maintained older home. Great location not to far from anything! Plenty of space for family of 8. We enjoyed the views of the lake.

This was the perfect set-up for four couples. We had a great weekend. The location was lovely and convenient to Oaklawn. I’ve stayed in several VRBO homes and this one has the best amenities of any. The hot tub was awesome! The owner was quick to respond to any messages. We loved the weekend, Thanks!

The property was well stocked, everyone has their own space as well as place to spend time together. The children enjoyed the games and puzzles. We fished, spent time in the hot tub, used the fireplaces and laughed ALOT! The distance to downtown and lake restaurants was close and easy!

Our stay in Hot Springs was fantastic. The house was perfect for two families, with a total of 8. The kids loved the hot tub and patio space. Pamela was a great host and very responsive. The house was about a 15 minute drive from most of the activities that we did in Hot Springs. I would highly recommend the house.

Me, my wife and another couple stayed at this house for a week the week after Christmas and loved it. We had rented the house when we thought another couple and single person were going to accompany us, however, it just ended up being the 4 of us. So that's a little sad. It was a bit too much house for 4, but we still loved it. The property is a cute, well decorated, well stocked house right on the lake. Many nights we spent outside in the hot tub with a fire roaring in the outside fire place. The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The location of the house was perfect. It's far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could get to anywhere within 15 min. It felt very secluded. Pamela was amazing as well. Very communicative. Was always available in case something was needed or if there was a question that needed to be answered. Overall, we had a great trip. It was exactly what we needed.

Our family absolutely loved this place! The view was spectacular. All the trees on the island across from us were as pretty as the tress in New England during fall foliage time. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. We all loved the outdoor fireplace and hot tub. We highly recommend this place!

Nice and peaceful

While this property is located in a quiet cove area of beautiful Lake Hamilton, it has its good points and bad. The house is at least 50 years and very dated. There are WAAAAY too many personal knick-knacks throughout the house. It has been added onto and the A/C unit is too small to cool the house for the period during the summer that we stayed.June24-27, 2021. After contacting the property manager several times about issues with the A/C and the house being too hot to sleep in at night, the hot tub, the boat dock having danger signs about the possibility of electric shock, holes in the walls in the house and a bathroom light falling off the wall in the middle of the night, the manager stopped answering text messages. I would not recommend this property as it needs a lot of work!

Very cute, older home in a great location. 15 - 20 minutes away from Bathhouse Row! Could have been more updated and better cleaned/maintained, but overall a charming property!

The property was just as advertised. It was right on the water with a private dock with a ladder and the cove it is in is very quiet with not much boat traffic. We were able to relax in the water every day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked most meals at the house. The house was quite warm when we got there but Pam was very quick to get the AC man out there and cool the back rooms down. This place is great for a large group with multiple sitting areas and a large kitchen. I would definitely stay here again it was a super relaxing week with great friends. Pam is very responsive to any requests or questions and made our stay wonderful.

We loved the house and the location! House was very well appointed, clean, good floor plan and had everything we needed. Loved being able to look out at the water and watch the ducks and geese! We had such a good time, and we hope to come back again in the Fall.
