The stay was near the beach
Absence of caretaker, cleaning services, no actual services provided.

The villa is very beautiful and spacious, they maintain very good hygiene n cleaniness.
Kitchen is also having all basic requirements to prepare food.
Nothing as such, every thing was good.

it’s very well ventilated and open from all sides with the house situated in the middle of a huge plot of land. ACs work very well too. Early morning you get the fresh breeze of air and sunshine, and the best sound is that of roosters in the vicinity. They crow to announce their presence and establish their territory and it adds feathers to the pleasant location.
It has a single and somewhat small toilet. But that is a matter of personal likes and dislikes.

I like the property and amenities provided. Location was very good.
Staff, please do not pay anything else other than rent to property owner, she will ask for money for very petty things.
My friends came to meet me for few hours and there I get message from property owner asking me extra money which is ridiculous. Pay the amount which is mentioned on booking.com don't pay anything extra.

Goa is fun and I don’t have to say that. But staying at Casa Arvana made it a memorable one for me and my family. The property is too good, awesome location and has all the comfort needed on a holiday. I will surely visit again and stay there.
A word for our host - WONDERFUL. I always had her availability, be it planning the day, looking for a good place to eat or exploring Goa as a local. Our safety, cleanliness and comfort was really well taken care of.
