Very less options in breakfast.

There is no parking space in this facility so once you park your vehicle after that it's nightmare to take your car back for your adhoc plans. Room service is very very poor and staff behaviour was not decent either.

Swiming pool but food was pathetic

The quick action on complaint, thank you mayur, we could not talk as i had a tight schedule, However would like to tell you that the property is at an amazing location and needs maintenance and renovation big time, get this is consideration with immediate effect else fab chain will start loosing customers, i rebooked this property during my 3rd visit to goa, and this time was disappointed with the look and maintenance, you have an amazing staff special thanks to the staff who cleaned my room for good 2days. The location of this property is amazing and beautiful, i would not mind rebooking the same property for my next visit.

Didnt like the service. the rooms were very small. no space for walking. We had to call 10 times for every single stuff and that too was never provided. staff was rude and non-cooperative. room service meals utensils of other guest were lying on the floor in front of the rooms for 2 days and was only cleared when we called. locks were not working properly. breakfast was finished even before we went for that. overall, we had a pathetic experience. will not recommend to anybody.

Only one girl who was in reception, her behaviour was so good and bcoz of her only I stayed their otherwise not at all.

Room was dirty, restaurant breakfast was worth nothing. No hygeine at all. I don't recommend this hotel to stay.

property is extremely bad and the rooms were full of cobwebs and the towels and sheets were used

everything from the staff to the rooms was very bad the vallet person upon giving him the keys of the car I went to the room and the valet boy took the car for a ride. there were pan spit stains on my car inside and out. gutka wrappers thrown inside my car. upon complaining to the staff they did nothing

No international credit card facilities - payments for accommodation had to be made in cash. Room not serviced daily unless you tell them Laundry returned unlaundered after 3 days Management not helpful

The hotel was really good and the rooms were very big and comfortable. We ordered dinner from the hotel and it tasted good as well.

Although hotel staff provides you access to WiFi but wifi signals don't reach the rooms. Hence, no wifi connection in the rooms.
