Cleanliness was not there and also breakfast was not upto the mark.

Room smell was an issue. Rest everything was good

The breakfast and dinner spread were good. The restaurant staff were friendly, polite and accommodating, especially the duty manager asked if we wanted any specific food to be prepared for our baby.

Many things, the cleanliness needs a recheck. On the day of arrival, the bathroom drain in our room was clogged, had to call housekeeping to clear that. The corridor where our room was located had water dripping and creating puddle, the staff cleaned it during the day, but overnight after rain, the smell of the stagnant water outside the room was unbearable. The balconies were completely drenched in water because of heavy rain. The room cleaning staff would only arrive late in the afternoon or later for cleaning the room by when we could not accept as we had an infant and asked them to do it in the evening. The cleaning was very basic as well. I have been at other Accor properties both in India and international, compared to those properties, there is much room for improvement.

Everything was good and value for money.

1) unkempt smelly dingy rooms 2) slippery floors 3) stinky unclean pool 4) poor overall room upkeep - faceplate missing on landlines, etc 5) barely any channels on the TV - We offered to pay for it but they just refused 6) ZERO flexibility in food - asked for some modification on the food on the menu, we were flatly refused. It was just a matter of making a small change, which the chef could have accommodated.

Very nice breakfast and dinner spread. There’s also a nice children’s play room with different activities. Staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help. We traveled with an infant and a toddler and they also provided simple porridges for our infant as per our requests. We had a great time.
