Mariners cottage was in an ideal location.
The parking was very easy as we had a free space on the harbour Quay.

Fabulous cottage in the heart of Brixham with wonderful sea and harbour views. The hosts Annie and Andrew have added all the extra touches to the property to make it a home away from home.

We loved The location, very close to everything. The cottage was clean and cosy. Everything you need. Contact with owners very pleasant!!
Not for people who have problems with stairs. We loved The noices from The Working harbour but it might not be for everyone.

The Fisherman's cottage was delightful. In a perfect location with nice views upstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. We paid extra to have the bedlinen and towels provided which was helpful. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Although the parking is a distance away, we were able to unload our luggage close by, then my son took the car to the dedicated parking space. Brixham Harbour is a beautiful place with many good restaurants, shops and bars. Would highly recommend.
The seagulls squawking, no one can do anything about that though! Take earplugs for night sleeping!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants with great choice. The transport links to vist Torquay or Kingsmear/Dartmouth were easy. Most of all the cottage was so comfortable, a real home from home. Loved it
As we are a litttle older we found the stairs hard on our knees at times, but we knew they were there and it was our choice to go with them, so not a problem

As I said, the cottage was absolutely perfect. The only negative was the steep steps up to the cottage , being disabled was a little difficult but we simply took our time up the steps and we were fine .

Fantastic location. Brilliant to have parking in Brixham! Cottage is cosy, spotlessly clean, very comfy and convenient for harbour and pubs etc. look forward to returning!
Over 3 floors so not for those with mobility difficulties- not a concern for us - it was wonderful and quaint.

Fantastic location with the bonus of allocated parking. Quirky fisherman's cottage which has been lovingly kept with original features. Ideal base for exploring the south west coastal path and Torbay area.

clean, welcoming, dare I say quirky 😊 everything we needed for our stay here thank you so much.
there are a lot of steps up to the property, so don’t carry lots of heavy bags from the harbour parking as they get heavier the further round you get! stairs are a little tricky so check the photos as they wind round. having said that we liked it, but might be a problem for some in the future if not aware.

The cottage was exquisite and the hosts were delightful. The cottage is charmingly decorated and furnished and fabulously close to the rockfish restaurant and the harbour. Beautiful views from the windows by night

The location was perfect. I went with my 3 teenage children and it was perfect to be so close to everything. Everything I needed was provided in the house. Annie was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions before the holiday. The views were amazing.
Really handy to have parking too.
Seagulls and noise from fishing boats early in the morning but I got used to it.

Very steep stairs - manageable but a bit tricky taking food etc up to dining room from kitchen.
