The property is absolutely fantastic, the kids loved their rooms, loved the location.
They were never out of the pool.
The shops are easily walkable, my wife and i walked down and had our coffee and toastie or croissant at the local cafe.
Golf course was amazing and 3 minute's away.
Graham thank you so much, great host, great communication.
Wonderful holiday, everyone of us want to come back next year.

Large, well furnished villa. Near Pestana Vila Sol hotel and golf course. Would be perfect in the summer, with pool and deck. Less to do in winter but still very nice.

Graham’s villa was of a good proportion with excellent facilities within. A lot of thought has obviously gone in to ensure everything up to smallest detail was accommodated. Host was extremely helpful with all enquiries and responded in a timely fashion. Planning to visit again and would recommend it to anyone looking for 5 star facilities at 4 star prices

The villa is clean and well maintained. Perfect for families with children. It was able to comfortably accommodate our party of 9 which included 3 young children. It is very well equipped with technology and for dining inside and out. The pool is ideal for young children.

As a family group of 7adults & 2children the villa was well-equipped and comfortable, making our stay really enjoyable. The pools were very handy, complex was quiet and local restaurants and cafes were reasonably priced to eat out.

The villa is well positioned in the complex which is adjacent to a golf course and hotel. The central pool and green area would be lovely in the warmer months, particularly for families. The unit has a north facing back deck which will provide shade all day long. For us, we were looking for the sun so we would have preferred a south facing lot. Also, of note, is the fourth bedroom and full bathroom are in the basement, adjacent to the underground garage. The three other bedrooms and two full baths are on the top level. In either case, access is by a steep set of stairs. . The owner, Graham, is extremely helpful and concerned that you have a good stay. We had a few problems with water and heat and I now wish I expressed my concerns with Graham. He does everything possible to help you out which has not always been my experience with rentals.

Lovely holiday, great location
The villa is well appointed and has a great location looking over the pool area. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 children.
The complex is very well maintained and the pool area very clean. There are a few things within a 15 min walk but a car is needed to fully explore Vilamoura and the area.

After arriving in the night and contacting the owner we found our Villa next to the golf club. Great villa except had no clothes dryer

Fantastic villa!

We had the most amazing week staying here. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. The resort itself was very quiet with most of the other villas empty, so there was plenty of space around the pool (most of the time we had it all to ourselves) and it was lovely and peaceful.The only negative comment I could make was the distance from the villa to the shops and restaurants, but that’s only because we had little ones with us, and for adults it’s a perfectly manageable distance.Was great to have inflatables for the pool and games for the kids already on site when we arrived and my son loved the PlayStation!!Communication with the owner, Graham, was perfect and he was always helpful and polite with his answers to my (many) questions! We definitely hope to be able to return in the future. Would definitely recommend Wildfire for a meal - was our last night treat as it was also my sons birthday on the day we travelled home.Thank you so much Graham, we all had a truly amazing time!!

Relaxing break with close friends
Beautiful large villa - very clean and well maintained - lovely swimming pool just a walk away from Villa - beautiful birds flying within immaculate surroundings - located very short distance from golf club house and 5 star hotel - around 25 min walk brings you to a small cluster of bar, shop, cafe,restaurants - we went to Moon which was outstanding - communication with owner excellent - short taxi ride to marina which is fabulous - local taxi firm efficient and friendly - 5 star holiday would definitely return and highly recommend

7 of us stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is in a great location overlooking the pool. The facilities in the villa are excellent. The owners have thought of everything. I would highly recommend this villa.

Wow. We were so pleased on arrival at this beautiful villa. Everything we had hoped for.
Right from the start, our booking at the villa was dealt with in a speedy and professional manner. The owner was more than helpful with every question and query we had. Check in was simple with a key box at the door. When we got inside it immediately felt comfortable and we knew we going to enjoy our stay. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we could have needed and a bit more. Clean and well presented and plenty of room for us all. Great location, it was close to the marina and my partner and my dad played golf on 3 different courses all of which were easy to get to. Parking was easy too. I can’t say anything negative apart from 4 days went too quickly. We hope to re visit again. I have no hesitation to recommend this villa. Thank you to Graham and Carrie for allowing us to stay in your home and for answering our questions so quickly. Lovely time was had by all.

Relaxing stay at Sun and Sol Villa
We’ve just returned from a glorious week in the Algarve. The villa was the perfect location for us as we didn’t want to do very much! There was plenty of space for lounging, dining, eating and sleeping and the basement room was perfect for granny as she had her own quarters. The beds upstairs were extremely comfortable and the house was perfectly clean for our arrival. The kids loved the pool and at this time of year there were very few folk around so we had it mostly to ourselves. We ventured down to the gorgeous cafe most days for coffee and cake and often popped over to the golf club for drinks and ice creams. We used über taxis to take us into Vilamoura on two occasions and they were cheap, clean and of a high standard. In town we loved the walkway along the beach ending up at the marina. We also had fun at the crazy golf! All in all it ticked every box.

A little piece of heaven
Our family of 8 adults stayed at this lovely resort for a week over New Years. We had a perfect family holiday. The Vila was spacious and with 4 bedrooms easily accommodated us all. The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to cook many of our meals. It was too cool to use the outdoor pool but a short walk away was the hotel’s indoor pool/sauna/ steam room which was great. The golf was spectacular! The Vila also had many toys and accommodations for children. Unfortunately, the convience store was closed over the holidays but there were several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. There were several restaurants within an easy 10-15 minute walk although hours were variable over the holidays. We did not rent a car and took Ubers- they were all clean and most drivers spoke English. The cost to Quateria or Vilamoura was about €6. We did several day tours and would highly recommend the reef fishing from Vilamoura Marina, Alsafari Jeep Tours and Previous Moments Tours with Rosa ( (which are private and can be personalized).
The weather was perfect- sunny and 16-29 C during the day. The owners were very helpful and responded to emails promptly. The neighbours at the Vila were a wealth of local knowledge!
We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this lovely Vila to any aged group!

Stunning property with excellent facilities!
The property was stunning very well furnished. it had plenty of room for all the family and it felt like a home away from home. The surroundings of the villa are wonderful with the golf course on your doorstep. The gym was a stones throw away which I found very useful to escape off to during the day. in terms of things to do with the family, there are restaurants, shops and plenty of activities for the kids just a short walk from the Villa itself. we ventured off to the Marina a couple of times during our stay which had a great atmosphere with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from.
Overall we had a great holiday with the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it themselves. We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully we can get a couple of trips in next year.

Delightful, spacious 4 bedroom property.
8 Lads away on a Golfing Weekend, facilities were great, Villa was spacious and we made good use of the large pool. We had an R&R day on the Sunday and had a BBQ. The lively Villamoura centre/marina is a short cab ride away with a massive Supermarket (Continente) 2.1 miles away which was very convenient. Owner was very friendly and helpful/accommodating. Could not have asked for a more perfect Villa.

Fabulous Villa!!
This Villa was perfect for our girlie get away. We usually stay on the Marina but decided to have a change so we could all stay together rather than in separate hotel rooms. It was spotless and the decor was modern. The Villa was right next to the pool which was fab and we loved sitting out on the terrace eating and drinking. Graham was brilliant at getting back to us with anything we asked him. All in all a fab holiday, I would definitely recommend this property!!

Very well maintained villa which was ideal for our family holiday . The villa was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic for the family especially the grand kids who spent most of the time in the pool. Villa had 9 sun beds available for use by the pool. We regret not hiring a car during our stay but we used Uber taxis who provided very good service at reasonable prices . Convenience store and main restaurants were a small distance from villa hence the need for a hire car although there were 9 in our family group. Golf club is within easy walking distance as is the hotel and both serve good food. We highly recommend the local water park which is quite near and great fun for the kids. We also recommend a visit to the marina at vilamoura - lots of great shops and restaurants and lots of expensive yachts and cars. The villa has everything you need although it was a shame that basement bedroom did not have air conditioning. Overall we had a great family holiday and would highly recommend this villa with its great location. Villa is only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport and is an ideal venue if you want a quality location for a golf based holiday. We hope to visit again in the near future.

The Villa was everything we expected and more. The location had everything we required for our stay. It is a short ride away from Villamoura and the beaches and all they have to offer. If you just want to stay local there are some lovely restaurants nearby. Wonderful stay.

Fantastic!
Lovely Villa with all the home comforts set within a fantastic complex. We loved the gardens, pool on your front door, sports facilities and restaurants on site. We also loved visiting local beaches and Villamoura marina - very easy with Uber. Graham couldn’t be more accommodating and all instructions were easy to follow. We can’t wait to come back!
