Questo appartamento d'angolo si trova al terzo piano di un elegante magazzino di conversione in uno sviluppo lungomare. Affacciato porto vecchio, è ben servito dai mezzi ed è vicino alla scena del ristorante vibrante di Leith. L'appartamento è silenzioso e tranquillo. Ha un sistema di citofono, ascensore interno e parcheggio privato per un'auto. L'appartamento è arredato secondo uno standard elevato con un comodo salotto con finestre su due lati (uno dei quali ha un posto vicino al finestrino che guarda verso l'area Shore attraverso l'acqua di Leith), una cucina completamente attrezzata cucina, una sala da pranzo separata ( con posti a sedere per sei), due camere da letto (una matrimoniale con ampia cabina doccia en-suite, una camera doppia), bagno e riscaldamento centralizzato. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale king-size. Il bagno è fuori dal corridoio e dispone di una vasca da bagno (senza doccia) e WC. Il soggiorno ha un divano a tre posti (che si trasforma in un letto), un divano a due posti e una poltrona.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs in very short walking distance. The bus stop was right outside the building with frequent departures to downtown Edinburgh and all the sights. I would highly recommend this flat!

The flat met our needs perfectly. Clean, enough space, easy access to public transportation. The only downside was there was not a lot of air flow and the doors all closed on their own unless propped open. That made it a bit tricky at night but all in all we were very pleased.

This rental couldn’t have been better located. Simple access to and from the airport, the train station, The Old Town, the New Town and all points in between. Grocery across the street. Shops, pubs, and cafés a short walk away. Blocks from the Water of Leith.
Communication with the property managers was clear, easy, and quick.
The flat was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend considering a stay here over something closer to the Royal Mile. Leith is a gem.

This is a large apartment compared to where we usually stay--two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room. It's on a major city bus route so getting into town is easy. We had everything we needed and were comfortable. I'd stay again if I went back to Edinburgh (highly likely!)

The flat was so perfect for my son and I! We relied fully on public transportation to get around Edinburgh as well as points north and south. No problem! The bus stop was steps away. The flat was spacious and very clean and well appointed. As it’s in Leith, it is about a 25 minute bus ride to city center but the area is so cute with nice pubs and restaurants. Martin was very responsive to all my questions and the check in/check out process was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I belong to Leith & it was lovely seeing the whisky bonds turned into such lovely flats. We intend booking up more often as in the past we have stayed elsewhere but really want to stay at the flat. I will be sorting out dates in the next few days. We were also impressed that it is so well double glazed that we heard nothing from the outside.
The people we had to contact when the alarm went off couldn't have done enough for us. Again thank you. Keep up the good work Iona

Beautiful appartment ,spotlessly clean very comfortable and well equipped, 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Edinburgh city centre, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, the ship on the shore if you love seafood is a must , will be back for a longer stay soon.

Property was clean and well equipped in a great location close to the top facilities in Leith. Good access to the City. Enjoyed the facilities in the apartment. Only criticism was the lift adjacent to our apartment wasn’t working Didn’t detract from our stay - thank you.

Great apartment
The apartment was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of four.
There are quite a few good restaurants in the neighborhood, on both sides of the bridge.
The bus stop is right outside the apartment building. The location is too far to walk to town so we took the bus every day. The bus schedule was easy to follow and we bought tickets on-line.
Although the apartment is great, if we return to Edinburgh, we will stay closer to town.

Great location for stay in Edinburgh
This is a great location for Edinburgh. About 15 minutes from the city centre, but Leith has a great selection of eateries in the area from takeaways to eat in - cheaper to more lavish experiences. We loved the Rose Leaf Pub, East Pizzas and we had Britannia Spice deliver on one evening when our feet were worn out. Good bus routes outside the apartments and also nearby you can use the hop on hop off tourist buses. The apartment is well equipped and was larger than we thought, having two good sized bedrooms a nice light lounge and a separate dining room. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the Royal Yacht Britannia (which was a great experience). Would and have recommended to friends and family.

Great off the beaten path location
My brother, sister-in-law and I made this lovely apartment our home base for a two week vacation in Scotland. It was nice to feel off the beaten path with the comprehensive bus connection out the back door. Easily made it to all the locations we wanted to see. The only negatives were no mechanical dryer and the convenient lift of three available was broken. Both were overcome by will and ingenuity.
I loved the place. What can I say? colored lights all night if you chose to watch and Scots flags flying out the rear window!
Well stocked kitchen, had everything we needed. Once we figured out the hot water heater all was great

Ideal location
We had a great week staying at this flat, the location was perfect with easy access to all the attractions as there is a bus stop at the front of the building which takes you into Edinburgh city centre (No 22, exact fare only).The Royal Yacht Britannia is only a 10 minuets walk away in Ocean Termimal shopping mall. The flat itself was furnished to a high standard with a great shower in the en-suite, there is also a main bathroom. Other amenities included fast internet. The only slight negative was at times you could hear movement from the flat above.

Great Potential
This flat is situated in a great area: bus stop right outside, private parking spot, market right down the street, restaurants, and Ocean Terminal (shopping mall) w/Royal Yacht Britannia about a 10 minute walk. That said, the flat is on an upper floor, and the lift did not work, and if you're not use to carrying groceries, suitcases, etc. up/down that many stairs, it gets old very quickly. There were only two other main problems: first, the toilets...very difficult to get flushed and the master leaking. Then, after being on the road for a week with 3 people and a huge amount of dirty clothes, we were expecting a washer/dryer. Yes, there is a washer (that says it takes 30 minutes per load, but is really 2hours), but only a drying "wrack". Please empty that closet so there's room for a stackable dryer. NOT having to spend a huge amount of our holiday time doing laundry would have been lovely. All this said, Lynda, the property manager, is very attentive and responds quickly to your texts/calls.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Dank der tollen Verkehrsanbindung sind Flughafen und Stadt jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Im Haus selbst ist es ruhig. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Betreuung durch Martin war sehr freundlich und professionell, klappte alles wunderbar, vielen Dank nochmal!
Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben die Wohnung schon weiterempfohlen.

Die Lage des Apartements ist ideal zum Sightseeing in Edinburgh aber auch für einen Golftrip an der Golf Coast East Lothian.

Excellent location
We wanted somewhere in Leith near family and this property was ideal. Comfortable, well equipped, quiet, easy to find, parking off street, secure entrance, 3rd floor with lift, buses at the door for Royal Mile or Princes Street, short walk to Ocean Terminal, close to local market, many restaurants and pubs nearby including Michelin star, several supermarket chains available nearby also. Highly recommend

Great place to stay in Edinburgh
We stayed for 3 nights-four adults. We loved the flat, it was perfect for us. It was spacious with room to hang out and the kitchen was well equipped. Leith was a delight! There were several restaurants and pubs within an easy walk and the waterways were beautiful. The bus stop to get to Princes street was right out front. We got to pretend we weren't tourists for a bit. Would absolutely recommend this delightful property.
