No intercom facility to call room service , low quality pillow , bed and comfort.

Staffs are worst, especially the owner is like a bull.

The location was awesome. So calm and serene inside the mountains. Food was very simple and elite. The staffs were very kind and quick. A must visit place at least once. I had a very positive feel and I felt like I'm in some foreign country. The architecture was really good
