For the most part the rooms were good.
The pool was being worked on and that was not mentioned at all during booking online. Conditioner was empty in our room. Dinning area for breakfast wasn't the cleanest and floor was sticky.

There were a lot of tiny bug’s flying in the bathroom. The pool water has a very salty smell- taste if you got it in your mouth.

Our room was immaculately clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Hotel overall is nice and well maintained. Amazing staff. Breakfast. Indoor pool. Parking. Very safe. We did a last minute booking and we arrived midnight, the receptionist happily welcomed us.

I arrived late and during a storm. Christina was so friendly and kind. She went out of her way to get me dinner delivered despite the weather. Her travel recommendations were spot on. She made a long travel day better.

it was the halfway point in our journey, and obviously the best hotel choice Torrington offered
view from room was awful. leftover food from previous person was in fridge. no meat offered at breakfast.

Great location and the beds were super clean and comfortable- we had a great nights stay. The breakfast was really good and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tami at the front desk and her staff were very accommodating. We had a small problem and Tami was very understanding of the situation. The towels were soft and the the bed and pillows very comfortable!
