We enjoyed a wonderful week. Fenwick Lighthouse Beach is a 20 minute walk or five minute drive. Cozy condo community in back bay. All the comforts of home on the water. Kayaking right out the back door. Water sports next door. Restaurants and shopping aplenty nearby. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect rental for a family of five that enjoyed beach, jet skiing, kayaking, community pool, miniature golf, movies (inclement weather). Edgar and Staci have a wonderful space and are gracious hosts!!! We lived every minute of our trip. Southern Delaware gem in Fenwick Island!

The house was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great location with lovely views. Really enjoyed using the kayak and relaxing on the balconies. The owner was great at responding quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The only downside was that bed linen and towels were not provided. Also a little kettle would be good (but that's because we are Brits and love a cup of tea!)

We were able to get an early check in. Owners were great to work with and even had a welcome gift waiting for us. Definitely a keeper!!

Great place to stay off season. Master suite on third floor fantastic; so were the bay views from each level. Catch 54 and Papa Grande's short walk around the corner. Parking spaces right in front of townhouse; a breeze getting in and out during off season but could be tight parking during busy season. Bright, clean and comfortable home. Bathroom on 2nd floor needs an update, but otherwise we really enjoyed staying at this townhouse on the bay! P.S. After September 15th oceanfront parking is available on Fenwick Island without a permit... bonus!! This home is just a short drive to the beach!

Very nice condo with such beautiful views from all 3 floors. The location is not far from the beach. It was an easy bike ride for me & my husband, but I wouldn't be comfortable with my kids riding on Lighthouse Rd. It is close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. The pool was a nice temperature & we pretty much had it to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable. The master shower had great water pressure. (Not sure about the 2nd floor shower since my kids wanted to use ours.) The only negatives I would say is there was no hair dryer, if I had known I would have packed my own. Although we used the dishwasher, a dish drying rack or matte would be useful when you just want to wash a pot or pan. We opted to bring our bedding & towels, but 2 dish towels wasn't enough, and I forgot to pack a bath matte towel so it was annoying getting the floor wet getting out of the shower. I still give it a 5 star & would stay again, but I would be better prepared. I hope to come back here in the future.

The house was very clean, great views, and an overall great experience. The owners are very responsive and provided some very nice touches. The access to the pool and the restaurants are fantastic. The only drawback is access to the beach but you can drive to the state park within minutes. We are very happy with our stay here.

Rented condo 2weeks prior to vacation. Everything turned out great. Rental was clean and well equipped for our stay. The views were beautiful. The owner made everything easy.

Place was great! Awesome sunrise views each morning. Enjoyed watching the wildlife right outside the door. Pool was a hit with our two boys. Already looking to book next year!

This was a great location for a post COVID friend reunion. The townhomes are clean, well equipped, quiet, and convenient to many local attractions. The only downside was it wasn’t easy to walk places, as there really aren’t sidewalks in this area.

Edgar and Stacie were excellent hosts and the property is well represented in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay there! It was so great to have use of the kayak so we could explore the bay area and see some of the birds more close up. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you'd need, though with three great restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk, you may not want to cook any dinners! We had a couple of check-in hiccups, quickly remedied via communication with Edgar and he was very gracious. A new grill was already on order to replace the nonworking current one, and arrived the day after us. Sticklers may note that the bathrooms could use some updating, and the floors, although broom clean, caused feet to be black by the end of the day. I would suggest some slippers for in-house use, unless the cleaning folks start to mop with more frequency. Those with younger kids may like to know that the master bedroom on the third floor has a more loft-like exposure, not a full wall/door, so that could be a safety issue for little climbers (and is not really shown in the photo). The other bedrooms have doors. Those with young children might also want to be aware that the property really doesn't have much easy walking or biking access, as you'd have to cross the busy bridge (just a narrow sidewalk with no other barrier from cars) and a road towards the beach that has a variable shoulder and then busy parking lot leading up to the light. I would be hesitant to ride/walk here with anyone under 15 and even as an adult, it's a bit scary. People do it, however. Ocean City MD is just a few minutes drive and we highly recommend the drone show in their park. We enjoyed driving to Fenwick Island State Park for the beach time, as they had nice restroom and food facilities as well as a nice beach. The lot does fill up, so try to arrive before 11am, or go later in the day. Overall it was a lovely week, and you have some great shopping right in town, or Rehoboth or Bethanny just a short drive away as well.

This is a cute place. Very comfortable for 5 of us. Loved the view! Two of the beds were very comfy. One was deemed a little soft. Kitchen was set up well for us. All the balconies had furniture that was great for enjoying sunrise and all around beautiful views. Convenient to drive to Fenwick Island State park/ beach. Owner was very good to work with and very nice to offer later checkout because no one coming in right behind us. Would happily stay again!

A peaceful retreat. The views of the cove cannot be beat nor can the sunrises! Communication with hosts was easy. A wonderful place to stay to relax! Thank you!

My husband and I had a 3 day virtual retreat. This was the perfect setting to comfortably participate in the retreat and benefit from the close proximity to the beach and good restaurants in between sessions.

Since we had stayed at Fenwick Landing many years ago, it was great to be back. We were even able to meet up with some friends of years ago. Everything was great. We did have one recommendation - a grab bar in the bath/shower would be helpful.

We had a great visit. Property was everything that we needed, nice layout with three decks. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck, looking at the bay. First time we had seen each other in almost two years. Very nice area, close to the beach, which was important for us, and lots of shops and restaurants. Close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City, MD. We would definitely visit again.

Positives: great location, beautiful views, easy parking, friendly and responsive owners, new appliances in kitchen Negatives: bathrooms were outdated with plumbing issues (shower and sink drains didn’t drain well at all), cleaning was sub-par, broken fixtures. We enjoyed our stay despite the problems but thought it was a bit oversold.

This is a lovely property on the Bayside. I enjoyed waking up to see the sun rise over the bay, then taking my coffee out on the deck to enjoy the peace. The property is very close to three restaurants, including Harpoon Hannah's. The home was well stocked with any needed kitchen supplies and tools. Our group included my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law, and nine-month-old granddaughter. The house was a perfect size for our group. It was an enjoyable week!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our vacation was truly enhanced by our stay at this beautiful home. Excellent location. Just seconds from the bustle of downtown Fenwick Island in a quiet and relaxed surrounding. The property has fantastic waterfront views looking out over the inlet waters. Quiet and excellently maintained property.

If you're looking for a peaceful connection with all of the nature the bay has to offer, definitely rent this property. Kitchen is spacious, bedrooms comfortable, and easy access to town/beach.
