Very spacious and good looking apartment. Also Hassan was very nice and easy to connect with in order to get the keys and any information. 10/10 experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The incharge of handing over they and explain the area was very helpful and kind. He showed me around and sent me famous locations to visit. The apartment location is best for shopping and restaurants. It is walking distance to most brand stores.

blankets and bed quality needs to be verified. Kitchen equipment looks leftover of every guest as you find 6 types of cups from different brands/sizes. The Internet is equal to none.

amazing! so nicely decorated & in a perfect location, free wifi and bed is so comfortable. 2 of 3 rooms have a televison with netflix. everything about it is amazing

Location and the representative was really great and helpful

The staff and owner was so friendly and supportive. The apartment was so clean, well organized, well equipped and its location is so nice. The apartment contains everything and its located near everything in the country.

Actually there isn't much to say, I am very happy. There are some small missing stuff, like complementary coffee or tea. Solid way to pay online without the hassle of carrying lots of cash or money exchange although the owner was flexible with us and supported us to pay online.

The apartment is very comfortable for family

The owner didn't keep their promise. We asked if we could check out at 7pm and he AGREED without any extra charges. On our last day, he contacted us at 9.43am and told that someone has booked the apartment and we need to check out early. He asked for extra payment if we need to check out late. He first asked for 1,100 but after negotiation, he agreed with 870 egp. The owner came to the apartment at 6.50pm and when we passed the key, he asked for 1,000 instead of 870. When we said we gonna give low rate in booking.com, he begging us not to do it and will refund. But that's too late..... We need to tell the truth so no one will be treated this way.
