كل شي جميل في الفندق من حيث النظافه والمرافق و الغرف

عدم الاهتمام بالرد علينا في خدمه الغرف رغم تكرار المكالمه لم يتم خدمتنا بشكل جيد والتاخر في الرد بشكل متكرر

موظفي الاستقبال في غاية الترحيب و التعاون و الفندق امن جدا و مريح و جميع موظفي المرافق المختلفة متعاونين و خدومين جدا . المطاعم متنوعة مع صالة القهوة المسبح نظيف و الخدمات التابعة له متكاملة يوجد صالة رياضية جميلة جدا و متكاملة مع صالة خاصة بالمساج و علاج البشرة . شكر خاص للاستاذه مارسيلينا و الأستاذ عبدالرحمن و الأستاذه فرحه و الأستاذ علي و الأستاذ هيثم على جهودهم المميزة

Very cheerful staff delivering the service with emotion , rich breakfast, loved the decoration of the Lobby with its beautiful Renaissance paintings .

Unfortunately our room was next to a fan generator so it was bit noisy ..

The staff are an absolute delight! Especially Nariman in the reception and Sabrine from the Ladies in Red. I told them it was Mama’s birthday and they made it very special.

the towel is old and the towel hanger is too hay you can’t reach. the control of Ac does not work the wend it’s plow and you can’t stop or sit in the room .the window is not dabble gels-is noises from outside can’t sleep. this is not standard of 5 star hotel.

Unprofessional. Didn’t issue tax invoice for company although they are legally required to. Even though they promised at the check-out to send it via e-mail, they responded to our email requesting invoice that they can’t issue it and basically lied to our faces. Trying to commit illegal tax evasion and doesn’t even reply the customer asking for its legal right!!! After 1 week of countless emails and calls to hotel asking for the invoice and couldn’t get it, we got it after complaining to booking.com! Never trust this hotel and don’t recommend to business travelers. Choose some hotel else who cares about legal obligations!
