Beautiful property inside and out. The patio and pool area was perfect for both sun and shade throughout the day. House had all the necessities for cooking and entertaining. We had a blast. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Three senior couples who love to travel together just checked another dream location off our list. The Contented Crane was our home base for the trip & fit our needs perfectly. It was centrally located & only a short walk to Duval Street. Mobility was a bit of a challenge for the senior group but renting a golf cart solved the problem. It was an exciting & memorable trip for all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Contended Crane. The listing photos did a great job of showing exactly what to expect. We especially appreciated the little extra touches ... AC on, music playing, coffee pods ready for the morning, and a key lime pie in the freezer.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The property manager was so responsive and let us checkin early with no question. The house was immaculate and well stocked and the location was on point! 100% will be back!

We had a great time staying at the The Contented Crane. The home was beautiful, well decorated with a great layout and nice pool. Also, it was within walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. It's makes Key West super accessible, easy and enjoyable. We did have some issues with check-out as we paid for a late check-out, and the cleaning people woke us up before checkout and then came again before late checkout time.

Gorgeous property! Had a wonderful time in the perfectly situated location, close to everything and far enough from party noise!
Some ideas and constructive feedback-
1. Coasters would be good.
2. Plastic glasses for the pool area are a must.
3. Would be helpful to have one more comfortable chair in the living space.
4. Main floor bedroom bed are uncomfortable mattresses and clearly wrapped in plastic and appear to be suited for children, which were not comfortable for adults.
5. Main bedroom bathroom has a disco bulb over right side sink, which we requested to be replaced but was not replaced during our stay.
Overall, extremely pleased and would rent again from Last Key Realty. Nice staff.

Perfect location snd lots of space
This townhouse was spotless. The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Our family of four plus our dog had a great time!

Very contented with the Crane
Our group of 5 adults found the property plenty spacious and extremely accommodating. The townhouse feels much larger than its 1,600 square feet, with a beautiful kitchen, ample living room and dining room seating for 6, and lots of light and high ceilings throughout. The property features 4 twin beds and one king, great for groups of adults or children who are not couples. Though the back yard is not spacious, it does have its own pool which the property manager will heat upon request. The location is a few blocks from Duval, close to Better Than Sex (as must-visit) and there is a little bodega less than a block away for snacks and drinks. The folks from Last Key, the property manager, were excellent to work with.

Beautiful house in Best Location
The property is very well maintained and the property managers were super friendly & accommodating. The house is just a short walk to EVERYTHING. Beds were comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults + 2 extra for the pullout couch. Kitchen was well stocked with the little extras that you hate to buy for just 1 or 2 meals. My only suggestion would be to have bikes on property. We rented them but felt at that price point, bikes should have been available. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Great location!
Overall the property was great - we just have a few suggestions for improvement:
1) Upstairs Guest Bathroom - very poor lighting at vanity (not bright enough), shower pressure was poor (impossible to adequately rinse shampoo out of hair), and bathroom door swung into the very small bathroom, making it difficult to maneuver.
2) The twin beds/bedframes in both guest bedrooms were squeaky, and the mattresses were extremely firm, making it difficult to get a quiet, comfortable night's sleep.

Great house in the keys
This house was great for my group of friends, but was a little smaller than anticipated. The listing says it sleeps 8, and my group of 8 did in fact fit, but it was a bit of a squeeze as half of us were sharing beds. If you're okay with that, it's fine for 8. I would say it is ideal for 3 couples, 4 if everyone is very friendly. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but still really cool to have your own little private pool and lounging area in the back. It's a 7-ish minute walk to Duval street, but if you're looking to be out around the bars on the west side of Duval Street, it's more like 15-17 minutes to your destination on foot.

Wonderful home!
3 couples stayed in this house for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. One day we were going to the beach and asked if by chance there was a cooler in the house. Our rental agent bought one for us and brought it right over. That is definitely going above and beyond great service. We would love to stay here again when we visit Key West!

Relaxation at the Contented Crane
This was a nice property in Old town.Full size town home. Short walk to Duval or the beach. Great that each room had its own bathroom. Only has one parking space and is a tight fit at times. Monique communicated quickly with check in and check out. When one balcony door was stuck the problem was corrected very quickly. Overall great place to relax and enjoy Key West.

Me and (7) other 30-something year olds had a great stay. Walking distance to everything and a convenience store three doors down helped make our stay easy and always comfortable.
Be sure to keep the noise down on the back deck and in the pool after 11pm (There are year-round residents close by). Understandable.
We were visited by a police officer the very first night due to a noise complaint but managed to avoid any further complaints.
The pool, albeit small, is deep and it comfortably held 8 of us with drinks in hand. Enjoy!!

Fantastic property!
Clean, well appointed property in great location! Property manager Monique was out of this world. She was aware it was our daughter’s birthday and hung a sign, had balloons, a key lime pie, candles and a bottle of champagne. Will rent again when in KW!

Amazing!
This was an amazing property. The woman who took care of us, Monique, called me a few days before to go over everything. Her voice was so welcoming that I felt like we were best friends right off the bat. She was so responsive and accommodating. She then met us at the property upon arrival to show us around. I had told her it was my friend's birthday and she surprised us with a balloon, birthday sign, 2 bottles of champagne and orange juice for mimosas, and a key lime pie complete with happy birthday candles. It was so sweet. She took care of everything we needed and even arranged for our bags to be picked up on our last day so we wouldn't have to carry them around before our flight. The property was so clean, amazing, and in a great location. I would recommend to anyone!

Fabulous property, well maintained, Monique great host/concierge
Spent 4 days with family and couldnt have been better experience. This property is nicely decorated and well appointed, pool was awesome for a relaxing dip after a long day walking or first thing before venturing out. Cooked on the grill. Plenty of room for 6, large bedrooms and upstairs balcony was great. Wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely return.
