A pochi passi dall'oceano, dalla spiaggia e dal molo. Anche se non direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia, è molto vicino al nostro lotto sulla spiaggia, ma meno costoso di quello nella parte anteriore.
Abbiamo 2 "case vicine identiche" sulla stessa proprietà. Questa nuova casa ha 2 livelli, molto spaziosi e confortevoli: la cucina e il soggiorno sono al livello principale con una grande veranda con vista sull'oceano. Il piano superiore ha 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno e una seconda grande veranda con mobili da giardino. Il livello superiore porta al ponte sul tetto con vista a 360 gradi e una Palapa che si può sedere per ore per godersi la vista sull'oceano. Ci sono amache sotto la palapa e sedie per un totale relax. Avrai una vista incredibile dell'oceano caraibico, della barriera corallina e delle vedute dell'oceano anche sul versante opposto dell'isola di Leeward!
In tutto sono moderne finiture dell'isola, freschi pavimenti piastrellati, soffitti in legno del Belize, una cucina completamente attrezzata, biancheria, lavatrice, TV a schermo piatto / DVD, wifi, aria condizionata e una grande piscina con lettini. Nuovi mobili dappertutto.
La casa è costruita con spessi pavimenti e pareti in cemento armato e con standard americani / canadesi.

Questa è una zona tranquilla, a soli 5 minuti in bicicletta in città, vicino a molti ristoranti meravigliosi, generi alimentari locali e bar tiki cabana.

Really it was one of the best properties I've ever stayed at we have vacation rentals on our island where we live in Washington state on San Juan island and this just blew me away it was so awesome the staff was just amazing they were so nice and friendly and eat chicken was amazing and quick I just can't say enough about it stay here stay here stay here they have all kinds of stuff you can do all day and it's got white sand and they're so clean it's not even real

We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a family of 4! Everything was clean and nice and the staff was really great answering all of our questions about navigating the island and finding what we needed. When we had issues with the company we rented our golf cart from (not related to this VRBO), the front desk staff called them and took care of everything for us. Transportation from the water taxi to VRBO was pre-arranged for us and everything went really slick! Really great service & a really great place to stay!! Thank you for making this a great trip for us!!

A great spot, beautiful upper deck, well equipped kitchen, lovely dock for lounging on and enjoyed the paddle boards…liked being a bit further away from the action further up the island but could still easily walk to the split , restaurants etc. Lovely French restaurant just around the corner too!

Couldn"t have been happier with our stay. Place was perfect. Within walking distance of everything on the island. Staff helped with pickup from the ferry dock, booking a golf cart for a day and looking after booking a snorkel tour. Highly recommend.

Paid a premium for a propery that claimed to be beachfront not only was there several villas between us and the "beach" there were many trees and NO beach just a pier. Will have to think very hard about staying at another VeLento property.

Check in was non-existent, the staff was ready for me and took me to my room with no check in process necessary. They then gave us a presentation about the property. AC works great, pool was awesome. The rooftop was a really nice way to end the nights. I would recommend this to anyone!

I have been traveling to Cay Caulker since the mid 80's always staying at little hotels in town. This summer, since I had a few extra friends I gave "The Villa" a try. What a fabulous fine! Tucked away out of townyet near by, the Villa had everything we needed. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. There were such nice amenities such as a full kitchen, laundry, AC, comfy beds and couches. The Crows Nest look out was fabulous with hammocks to watch the sun set from. No need to go into town as there was a great restaurant steps away and a beautiful dock. The pool was perfect. When we left our ear puds behind, we got a message and offer to send the items back to the USA.....This rarely happens at a hotel. I highly recommend a relaxing and cosy stay at the Caribbean Sunrise Villa!

This place is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! Debbie was extremly helpful and very prompt on her email responses. We had a taxi waiting for us upon arriving to the island which was nice as well. Everyone was extremely accommodating and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is nice and the dock they have is great but the home itself is lacking many details that make for a comfortable stay. Top of the list is actual running water. Yes, I know it is an island (this is my 8th time on the island) and yes, the island does periodically shut off water for conservation, but our unit had hardly any water in it the first three days of our stay. I’d also like to note that while management tried dismissing it as the island shutting off water, we had no water even during the times water was allowed. Through my constant inquiries at the front, I gathered the property management itself has an issue with keeping well maintained pumps or simply just didn’t want to turn water on.Funny enough, when more people arrived and I threatened to contact my CC company, there was no issue with water! We went days without showers or being able to flush our toilets and kept being told it is normal. It’s not and our friends who stayed elsewhere on the island at the SAME TIME had no issues with their water.Aside from that, the rooftop deck no longer has the view that is shown in the photos, the light is motion sensor and turns off every 30 seconds so you cannot sit up there after the sun sets, bedrooms lack bedside lamps, and the stairs are not suitable for anyone that may have vertigo or small children. Highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Villa. The property is super well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer was a real plus. The air conditioning worked well and cooled down the interior fast when we turned it on at night. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and quiet since you are just sharing it with the adjacent house. We loved the private rooftop palapa for hanging out mornings and evenings. There is really no water view, but the sunrise and sunset skies are beautiful through the lush palm foliage. This property is out of the main center of town so we rented bikes for the whole week. You definitely could walk, but the bikes made it much more convenient. Plus they have baskets for groceries, towels, etc. It was nice to stay out of the noise of the main town but still just be a few minutes bike ride away from everything. The enclave’s private dock was also a fun place to hang out. All in all, we loved the property and how friendly and helpful all the staff members were (especially Victoria and Beyoncé). We will definitely stay here when we visit again someday!!

We had a tremendous time in Caye Caulker, and the staff at Valento was incredible at making it happen. Due to a blizzard our flights were delayed by 5 days for a 7 day trip. The staff went above and beyond to make this work for us. Since our property was booked after our original checkout date, they moved things around for us and got us a place for each night so we could extend our trip.
Caye Caulker is the most relaxing island getaway. None of the touristy stuff (or cars!) to distract and get in the way. You can walk everywhere, the food is amazing, the people are great, and the prices can't be beat.
Perhaps our best vacation spot ever. We never repeat vacation destinations, but we are seriously considering breaking that rule!

We did not stay in the room that was originally booked because maintenance was scheduled for one of the days and so the manager upgraded us to a room at one of their other properties at no additional cost. While I'm sure the place we booked would have been good, the place we got was excellent and much more than we expected. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean and we were allowed to host family members staying at another location for one of the evenings. I'm sure, regularly this would have cost much more, and so while I can't say I'd book this exact location, I would certainly book at Velento again as the management was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Communication was fabulous. They sent a golf cart taxi pickup for $5 BZ pp. The location is central/southern end of the island away from the hustle & bustle. We loved the actual accommodations. The air conditioning worked very well. It was spacious & comfortable for a family of six. The kitchen was well-stocked. We were given fresh bath & beach towels when we requested. The kayaks & paddle boards were a nice perk, however, it was too windy to really enjoy them. We snorkeled from the dock & saw sting rays, puffer fish, crabs, & lots of tiny fish. The lounge chairs were comfortable & the environment was relaxing. The pool was fun & felt great in the early evening. It was slightly warm & would be better if they kept it cooler. We loved eating at Weezies located on site. It’s expensive but convenient. The coffee was eh... wish they used a good Guatemalan or Columbian coffee but- it met a need! Overall, I’d give this place 5 stars! We were very pleased & it was worth the cost.

The place was beautiful and the staff very accommodating. Loved the beautiful pool, the hammocks and the use of SUP and kayaks. Caye Caulker does not really have sandy beaches but docks. Appreciated the bikes for getting around the island.

Everything about this property is fantastic except...there is no longer the beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace! The palm trees in between the units have grown to the point that they have now completely obscured the view. Since there is a premium paid to rent due to the location and the view it can offer, we don't feel we received equal value. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future as it is a wonderful property otherwise! This was the fifth annual trip to Caye Caulker for my wife and I. We have rented from this management company now three times and it has always been 5 star...until now.

Love it again
We stayed at this same property last year and still love everything about it. The rental has everything we need, staff is awesome and the location with the doc and pool are excellent. It is a little on the south side of the island so the the bike rental is also a plus for jaunts into town! We will definitely stay here again!:)

Great Getaway!
We stayed with our children, ages 4/7/10. The location was wonderful, the beach path allowed for easy walking access to where we wanted to go on the Caye. The dock was lovely to enjoy morning sunrises, the rooftop furniture was perfect for sunsets! Our children enjoyed the pool. Tim was very quick to respond to questions prior to our trip and the property managers were easy to reach while we were there. A great spot to enjoy Caye Caulker!
