Zona muy tranquila, andando se podía llegar a la calle Triana, la catedral y la casa ´Colon.
El apartamento tiene un terraza grande.
Berta nos ayudo mucho dándonos consejos durante toda la estancia.

The apartment was very comfortable and only a few blocks off the water. The host was very quick to answer any questions and to provide guidance on things to do for the day. The host knew we had a daughter traveling with us so set up an inflatable bed off to one side of the spacious living room - perfect. While we ate out, there is a nicely furnished kitchen with range, oven/microwave combination, and a refrigerator. There also is a combination washer/dryer available. Down the street are two good restaurants - the first is an Italian restaurant serving great pizzas and pastas; the second is a cafe where most go to grab a beer or cocktail but they also have an extensive menu of noodles, sandwiches, and various tapas such as chicken wings, fried calamari, etc. Both are winners and so convenient. There is also a HiperDino supermarket about 10 minutes away. We would definitely book again the next time we are in Las Palmas for holiday.
Parking can be a challenge at times during the workday (thus the overall rating of 9 vs 10.) However, one can find free street parking within a block or two on side streets. And, if that doesn't work, there is a parking garage a block away...use it until a spot opens up later in the evening.

C’était très bien, notre hôte a été très compréhensive suite à notre arrivée tardive en lien avec notre vol.
L’appartement est spacieux et il y a une grande terrasse. Il est bien placé, proche des commodités.
Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau chaude et pas de place de parking dédié, il faut se garer dans la rue et nous ne trouvons pas toujours de place.

Very spacious, well equipped , very helpful owner .Close to marina , with lots of bars and good restaurants. Nearby shops and supermarket and park.
No night ventilation ( no windows ) patio doors could not be made secure in open position.
No air con so maybe summer would be hot internally. No information pack . Parking is a nightmare ( but this is true of the whole of Lad Palmas)

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area, bright and spacious house with all the necessary services (washing machine, good internet connection, etc.). The host was very helpful and provided useful tips on places and restaurants to visit in the vicinity.

Lower ground floor apartment, with own direct access from the street, with outdoor patio, on a quiet street. Nice breakfast Café only a few meters away.

the place has a huge patio which is nice but it had absolutely no patio furniture despite the pictures.
There were no cleaning products. No toilet paper, no washing liquid, no liquid soap or shower gel and no broom or mop. I had to buy my own toilet paper and liquid soap just to even wash my hand or the dishes. When I messaged the owner he said that guests don’t like cleaning products to be provided during Covid. I’d argue that’s the most important thing during Covid. There was no hand sanitiser in the flat either.
