Pool was great, apartment was clean and the view was great. sauna and jacuzzi were great too. Very safe building. Washing machine and laundry powder included too.

Deposit and check in process was confusing with needing to bank transfer before check in, surely this could be done more securely through booking.com. I then didn’t receive the deposit back and had to message to ask, which still took over a week to receive back. Staff were helpful in resolving this but it was extra admin. The futon bed was also very thin mat on the floor with a very thin blanket not really suitable for an adult. The bathroom had a terrible smell.

Location, location, location! And the AMAZING view! Location is perfect - Right on top of Lalaport BBCC (Hang Tuah monorel station), next to Berjaya Times Square (Imbi monorel station) and is within easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Lot 10 and Pudu. Plenty of eating places everywhere. The one-bed apartment is clean, spacious and unusually, comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Air-conditioning all round and internet is fast. Kitchen is fairly basic with a kettle, hob, fridge, sink, plates, cutlery and cups. Great clean bathroom with a step-in rain shower. Bedroom has a firm mattress and moderately-firm pillows which are great. And the balcony! The view of Kuala Lumpur is STUPENDOUS! Three main towers (Twin Towers, Menara KL and Merdeka 118) in sight and just before it rains, the view is magical! The infinity pool is outstanding - reasonably large, excellent view of Kuala Lumpur and has a transparent circular section where you can see through down to the lower floors! Gym is basic but functional. All in all, an amazing stay and highly recommended!

A bit of an issue with missing keys when we tried to check in. Communication with the owner was smooth and quick and the issue was eventually sorted. We had no problems with the deposit (online transfer) but it would help potential stayers to be reminded before check in so that they could come prepared. The air-conditioning in the bedroom did not function as well as it could be - despite it being turned on for a few hours on the lowest temperature, the bedroom was only cool (and not cold) and a bit humid. It might be a problem with the filters. However, the air-condition unit still functions.

Generally speaking, the building complex is a luxurious residence, it has excellent facilities such nice ambience, offers facilities such as infinity pool, gym, spa and great outdoor settings. It's perfect for family or couples. Dealing with the owner is a bit of mixed feeling. She's kind enough to waive her security deposit for us and allowed us a late check out for an extra hour which were appreciated. The apartment is on 41st floor and has a lovely view.

We stayed in Tower1-41-07. The owner has no idea how to be a host, that's, to makes her guests feel welcome. She's extremely stingy and penny-pitching. We have traveled 74 countries and stayed in all kinds of accommodation and have never seen anything like this, it's truly an eye-opener! We're told this is not a hotel, that means it's a self-contained airbnb apartment. We didn't have any problem with that at all until we saw what were given us to use. Kitchen: it has 1 fry pan and 1 small saucepan but NO cooking utensils of any kind. 5 mugs, 6 bowls, 6 cheap knives and forks + 1 broken cutting knife. No tea spoons nor soup spoons! There's a tiny torn brown tea towel and two throwaway cleaning sponges for guests to use, they're so gross. Washing liquids such as body wash, hand wash... All have been diluted! The apartment itself is pretty new and modern but this apartment was furnished with the cheapest furniture, it's so disproportional with the whole ambience, it's really odd. The "bath mat" and the "kitchen mat" were just two dirty old torn towels, they're truly disgusting! Our advice for those who want to stay in Maxhome at Lucentia Bukit Bintang City is Yes, you can have lovely stay here as long as you know which apartment you're staying and what kind of chattels go with your booked apartment. For T1-41-07, it's definitely a NO NO!

I like the location, the pool and most of the thing in that condo especially the view.

Should improve on the hospitality and more welcoming... Too many procedure to enter that residence..

They have 3 pools, gym, playground. The top floor pool view was so amazing which can see klcc, KL Tower and TRX. The customer service Jasmine were quite responsive.

We stay there for 2 nights, 2 things I didn't like about the stay. 1st my hubby lost his Nike sneaker which is still very new on the first day(the sneaker is placed inside the room not outside). We actually didn't realise until the next day evening when he was trying to wear it to meet friends but couldn't find it, the day before we went out whole day and he was wearing slipper. 2nd the mattress is so uncomfortable, I can feel the spring on my back. Could not really sleep in the end slept on the floor until the next night a single mattress provided for us to sleep on the floor. I would say they should improve on their security as they are using scan card and physical key which can be duplicated by any tenant.

The wifi was very fast and reliable, the view was spectacular (the apartment is on the 26th floor), and the location was great. On top of that, the facilities provided by the apartment building were phenomenal. The gym and pools are located on the 33a-35 floors, and wow, it was so easy to use. We loved it. The apartment building is also right next to an extensive mall, and there are a few other malls within walking distance. We enjoyed walking around and we found the location to be very good.

I did not read the fine print about the deposit needed before check-in, so we arrived at the towers and could not get past the security guard. They said I needed a QR code to get in, but I hadn't received one from the host. So, I tried messaging the host, and, after a half hour of no response, I called the number on the listing. I was able to talk to the host, and she said I needed to submit the deposit before I could get the check in instructions. So, after completing that whole process (having to submit the payment over paypal), she finally sent me the check in instructions. After that, everything went smoothly, with no complaints. I only wish the host had contacted me sooner reminding me about the deposit, so that I didn't have to scramble last second to get it done, while waiting outside the apartment building.

Neighbour's door was extremely noisy. Its sounds like big old rusty cart. So if neighbour grease door hinges it will be almost heaven.

The apartment we got was very nice and the pool has an amazing view. Very convenient location.

We booked a 40sqm studio that ended up being half the size. Eventually they moved us to a bigger apartment but it took hours of messaging because with the self check in there is no one to talk to. Self check in is a bit complicated and the people at the entrance are incredibly rude and unhelpful

Unfortunately my stay was not good at all. I booked the room for 2 people. The bed was really uncomfortable and I don't think anybody could have slept okay in that bed. I was laying on the bed spring of the mattress which didn't feel comfortable at all. The second person was not able to sleep there due to the circumstances and had to book a hotel. The second night, I added the tiny extra mattress (1 person) on the mattress in order to lay a bit more comfortable.  One of the chairs was broken.  There was also no hot water, only cold. This is the last time that I would have stayed there and would not recommend this place unless they change all above.

Communicating with Jasmine was pretty easy and she has been very understanding. The apartment is small but has everything you need. The pool and the gym area are breathtaking.

The bed is not very comfy and there is not much privacy in the bathroom, probably a blind or a curtain on the window would help.

It's a lovely apartment. You have access to he infinity pool and gym there is a pool table too. Very nice to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. You have a nice lounge and balcony kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Would stay again if in KL
