That people would smoke near the entrance which was not soemthing want to smell while entering with families such as babies

The afternoon dinner on Thursday was a added bonus as well as a hot breakfast every morning. I enjoyed the pool table but didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted because of having to share with other guests. Love seeing the grills and firepit but did not get a chance to use either.

When we arrived it looked like one of the beds had soiled sheets and pillow case so we had to request a clean set. The wash cloths were paper thin and the hall carpets especially the one in front of the elevator, need cleaning and vacuuming but beside that everything else was great.

The size and comfort of the room. The convenience of having a kitchen in the room.

I appreciate the complimentary breakfast but would be great if a few items were added. Grits, gravy biscuits...just a thought.

Laundry room could use an upgrade as I had to wash my clothes twice because the washer kept hanging up but that is literally my only critique.

Loved the big fridge/full kitchen in room.

The toilet was leaking in the bathroom the whole time. No one fixed it.

Shower wall broken. Chair stained. Wall sprayed with filth. Sink did not drain. Dinner plate not cleaned. Stained bedding.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the social, and the staff were excellent.

rooms not clean. noted bugs in kitchen area. carpet very dirty. breakfast - selection and cleaning quality poor. overcharged for pets based on other hotel stays we had had in the same area.
