Kids had a blast exploring all the levels, pet friendly and very clean.

This property has everything you need for a great stay in the heart of San Antonio. Location to the Pearl and downtown is amazing!

The check in process was simple. Condo was clean and exactly like the pictures. The living area needs another couch and more comfortable seating. The decor of the furniture is beautiful just not comfortable for hanging out and bonding with friends. Overall, we had a awesome experience and would stay here again.

Myself and two other girlfriends came for a weekend to explore the city of San Antonio. This property was prefect! Check in was easy, property very clean with all the amenities and could not be in a better location. We loved being able to walk to see the city. Able to to get to the pearl in less then 10 minutes, same from the river walk which connects you to everything. Also loved the quirky businesses like the Lonesome Rose and Little Devil (wine bar) in the neighborhood.

Our kids live in Colorado, we live in Georgia. We met 1/2 way in San Antonio and chose this property. WOW! Spacious for the 5 of us and dog friendly. The property was well stocked; as described but truly.... Owner supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers if you needed it. Keurig coffee pods, although we brought our own stash. Sheets, pillows, and towels. Even had cooking spices!! Soaking tub in the master was really nice! Showers had incredible pressure and were large. The beds were SO comfortable and we appreciated the sizes. (Queens, not Full and the master has a King). The house is large and open. Unlike other reviews- we did not find it noisy and the light coming through the uncovered windows did not bother us. We appreciated the bright, natural light. While you have two garage parking spots, there is also plenty of street parking for you to utilize. I have a YukonXL and it did fit in the garage. The driveway into the homes' garages is tight, but all residences respected each other and no driveway was blocked in. We loved the lower patio and upper balcony. The location was unbelievable. The Pearl and Hotel Emma are less than a mile walk. The riverwalk takes you right downtown; approximately 2 miles by foot. It was just beautiful. In addition to downtown, this property is near several highways making our day trips really easy. New Braunfels is such a cute little town and less than an hour away. Fredericksburg was a larger town, still quaint and easy to drive to. Austin was an easy trip up the highway as well. For us, this house was the perfect locale. We will definitely be back. Thanks Lee for the beautiful space for a very memorable family Thanksgiving.

This home is beautiful and provided a great place for a special birthday and family staycation! Lee, the property owner, was very nice and accessible, and he helped to make sure we had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next stay at this home or even another one of Lee’s properties!

Location was great! The condo was spacious and very nice.

We rented the house for a weekend gathering with family and the house offered us plenty of space for a party of 3 adults and 3 kids. Nice touch was that the house had all the basics you’d need if you’re just staying for a short stay - shampoo, trash bags, etc. As other reviewers indicated, the area is loud and earplugs are recommended and additional shading in the main room would be nice. But location was amazing and the property was very clean and spacious. Thank you!

Short walk to the Pearl District and the River Walk. If you follow the River Walk for a couple miles you're in Downtown! We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for several couples although no bathroom on the third level, so the youngest couple got that one! Well appointed kitchen, but with so many restaurants within walking, we didn't eat in much! Communication with the property manager was easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Nicely decorated and very clean! One of the bedrooms is a loft but that was okay for us. Lee was very communicative. We were able to Uber to the Pearl in less than 5 minutes.

Great place and Great people to work with.

This property was beautiful and exactly how it was shown online. The house was clean and comfy. The only drawbacks were the lack of curtains/blinds in the house and the noisy street. None of the windows had blinds and while the downstairs bedrooms had curtains, it still did not feel like a ton of privacy. On the middle floor, especially at night, it felt like anyone could look into the living room and kitchen from the street. The street outside the house doesn't seem like it would be very busy, but it is, and it is very loud. Overall, the house was wonderful and Lee was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay in another one of his properties.

My family and I had a great stay at Tobin Hill. The house was clean, spacious and comfy, we felt at home. It surpassed our expectations. Lee was really good at communicating, answering all our questions as they came along. Will definitely stay with Lee next time we come to San Antonio! Thank you! ;) #happycustomer

Great location near the Pearl. Walked most mornings for a coffee, or farmers market on the weekend. 2 car garage was a nice bonus. Great kitchen!

Our weekend away was incredible, the location of this property was perfect. We were very close to downtown and st Mary's street has so much to do with walking distance of the condo. We loved our stay for sure and will definitely book here again

So close to the Pearl and easy access to the rest of the city. Loved it!

A couple of blocks to the Pearl area with some geat restaurants, amazing Farmers market and section of the Riverwalk. Short Uber ride to downtown, River tour and Tower of the Americas. A block from some great nightlife and bars.

Very nice house

This is a great house that is well decorated, super clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the Pearl Brewery district. We had such a great time visiting San Antonio and this house was perfect!

Gorgeous home, perfect location!

We spent just under a week at this home and enjoyed our stay. The house is essentially new and we were impressed with the cleanliness throughout the home. Everything was available at the property (garbage bags, paper towels, soap, etc.). We would stay at this property again even knowing the issues that I will describe below. The only drawback was the noise that comes with being in the city. The house sits on a road that gets enough traffic to cause a lot of road noise throughout the night. The bedrooms on the bottom level get the worst of the noise and we used a white noise app to help our daughter sleep. I would recommend that the owner provide box fans or some other type of white noise producer to mask this noise and it would help to ensure a better nights sleep. In addition, there is a “honkytonk” bar to the north of the property that was VERY noisy on Saturday night. There were several very loud motorcycles until the early hours of Sunday morning, but fortunately this was not an issue on any of the other nights we stayed. The walk to the Pearl is about 10 minutes so we were happy with the location even though it was not as depicted on the HomeAway map when we booked. One minor annoyance that we remedied on our own was very limited cable service on the TV. We visited during march madness and intended to watch a few of the games which air on CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV. The cable service has CBS, but none of the other channels. We downloaded the streaming apps for the other channels on the smart TV and used our own cable service through our devices to stream the games. The property is very nice and we would stay there again, but knowing about the road issues in advance would have helped.

Overall appearance was nice but there were some issues. Platform bed downstairs had a broken and missing center support system which caused center of mattress to cave in. Very uncomfortable. Fluorescent light in garage not working. For safety reasons garage step needs to be identified. Master shower control for water temp is an issue and needs attention. Advertised as 4 bedrooms but it’s 3 bedrooms and a loft that has no door or closet. House was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient.
