It was close to ferry and Quai Paquet where all the activities were.
The parking was tight. The room was in the attic in French “Le Grenier”. Did not look that small on booking.com pictures. Husband felt claustrophobic in there and bumped our heads on the ceiling a few times. No A/C. And window was hard to open.

Very clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (thanks Johnny for the tips on activities and dining). Nice atmosphere (hostel feel). Great location for accessing Quebec City via ferry (the walk back up the stairs was a killer by day 2 lol).
One of our rooms was pretty small (photo was accurate though).

Cold eggs - would have liked warm eggs or some warm protein for breakfast. Not be expected to clear your plate and put dishes in dishwasher.

Exceptional! Nadia was an awesome host. We were traveling with 2 young ones and the room was massive. The house is from the 1800s and Nadia has painstakingly ensured the decor, furniture etal.add to the character of the home. Beds were super comfy and the room was spotless. There is also a full fledged kitchen that is available for guests to use. Its a 15 mins walk to the ferry to Quebec City and close to several restaurants and grocery stores. We would have loved to spend more time just lounging around the house and we will definitely be back.

great location. Nadia was super friendly and nice. 15 minutes walk to the ferry to Old Quebec. Family room was spacious for our family with 3 kids.
I wish they could have washing machine.

Beds were very comfortable and the room very spacious. There are three bathrooms so enough to go around. Host Nadia was great, welcoming and helpful.
