The property is in a great location, near the beach/club/restaurants/supermarket. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything in it that I needed. All in all, I would definitely rent this property again. Very happy.

We had wonderful week at Stephanie's town house. The house is in a great location - quiet when you need it, but within easy reach of all that Vale do Lobo has to offer.

We stayed with our family for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great holiday. It's perfectly located, very close to the beach and restaurants but still in a quiet location, where our kids can run around and play safely. We particularly enjoyed the terrace in the back to relax at the end of the day and barbecue with family and friends. We are definitely coming back!

The villa was just what we wanted very peaceful.it is in a great location very clean, well equipped if you want to stay in and eat. The beach is a 3 minute walk away with nice bars and restaurants if you want to eat out. There is a supermarket within walking distance car not needed. Stephanie the owner was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions and emails .I would recommend this villa to anybody.

A lovely clean and comfortable 3 bed townhouse, perfectly positioned just a couple of mins walk to Praca restaurants and bars and beach. The house had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the different terraces which allowed us to enjoy the shade or the sunshine throughout the day. The house was set in a very peaceful area of the resort and yet so close to the busy resort centre. Stephanie the owner was very attentive and responded quickly to our enquiry and provided us with very comprehensive information to ensure a trouble free stay. We shall definately be recommending to our friends and hope to return again ourselves.

We stayed in this lovely villa for 4 nights. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with great outside areas both front and back, as well as a roof terrace and a private balcony off our bedroom for a nightcap. Just a few minutes walk to the Praca, it is superbly located for all Vale do Lobo's amenities. We ate in most of the restaurants in the Praca, with the Fusion restaurant being our favourite. Breakfast with bucks fizz in Sandbanks is a must! With everything on our doorstep we didn't venture too far but Julia's bar and restaurant, a 20 minute walk along the beach, is well worth a visit, especially for Sunday lunch with live music. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure our stay was perfect in every way. We were a party of 3 couples but I would recommend this villa to anyone, including families, wanting to stay in a prime location in Vale do Lobo

Me and my family (party of 6) just spent over 15 days in Vale do Lobo in this fantastic Villa, walking distance to the beach, the praça, the supermarket, the golf and all other needed facilities. The house is completely furnished and in case you have any problem there is always someone ready to take care of it. Thank you very much for letting me just rest!

Beautiful villa. Very quiet, and anly 2 min walking to the beach and Praça area. Has everything we need for holiday, whashing machines, cable TV, Wi-fi, even a loudspeaker for music. Highly recommended!

Second year in Portugal decided on a villa and found this Beautiful property. Very big for just the two of us but overall very well maintained and fabulous rooftop for sunbathing. Very close to golf course for my better half. Two minute walk to restaurants and beach. Also for a fee you can spend all day at the vale do lobo swimming pool. Get there early as gets really busy. On rare occasions you get to see famous people dining next to you in the restaurants. So relaxed and very family oriented. Had the pleasure of getting my picture taken with a famous footballer outside montys. The sandbanks is a must for seafood. Fully refurbished to a very high standard. Can't wait to go back again next year. Stephanie has always been there at the end of an email to answer any queries regarding the villa.

Spent a week here with our 3 children at the end of last month. It was our first time at this property and indeed our first time staying in Vale do Lobo, but we have been to the Algarve several times and really like what Vale do Lobo has to offer. We picked this accommodation because we wanted a 3 bedroom villa that was just a short walk away from the beach and The Praça. Stephanie was also quick to reply to my initial enquiries and gave us a lot of information that enabled us to make the decision to book. On arrival, we were not disappointed with our choice. We felt at home straight away and the location was great for us - a tranquil setting, yet very close to all the amenities. Our eldest child keeps saying he misses it and wants to go back! We have recently come back from our first family holiday with our 11 month old, and what a perfect place to go. From the very start, booking the villa and required equipment (cot etc.) was incredibly easy. As for the villa, we had everything we possibly needed. everywhere was clean and well presented. The location of the villa is perfect and 2-3 minute walk to the spa, golf club, restaurants and beautiful beach. I couldnt think of a better place to spend our first family holiday. Highly recommend stay here, visiting Breeze Bar for their rose sangria and calamari. We also visited ZooMarine and had a fun family day out (please note if you intend on going on the A22 to mention that to your hire car company as it is an electronic toll road, and is difficult to pay after) Thank you Steph

Had a great week at the apartment. Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful both prior and during my stay. The apartment is in the ideal location, very quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Had a very relaxing week. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our third stay in the same property......another great week in this magnificent part of the Algarve. Superbly situated for access to the beach and restaurants of the Praca. The facilities are ideal for up to six adults / family and being set amongst residential properties it is quiet and relaxed.

Enjoyed our stay at this villa in Vale Do Lobo. This was our first time staying in Vale do Lobo having previously visited Lagos. The villa was located very close to the Praca and beach (a few minutes walk) This allowed our 15 year old son freedom to hang out at Praca each night. The villa had everything we needed for our family of five and we made use of the BBq and outside seating area frequently throughout the stay. The owner organised a highchair and cot for our 8 month old daughter. The living room was furnished nicely and the roof terrace is a sun trap for days when you don't want to venture far. The villa was very clean and housekeeping staff very friendly. The only negative for me was that the villa has no air conditioning which may or may not bother guests and I was aware of this before we booked. Unfortunately the kids and I struggled to sleep as it was very hot and humid the first week of our holiday (28c at night) but my husband didn't mind. We enjoyed being close to the Praca for dining out in the evenings and enjoyed all of the restaurants which we found fairly reasonably priced. We didn't need to hire a car and used taxis for a couple of days out along the coast. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the beachfront

We thoroughly enjoyed a two week stay from 7/9 to 21/9. Weather great and able to swim in the sea every day. Ideal location - very convenient and only a short walk to the Praca area and the beach. Fabulous beach, great for walking in either direction. Recommend Waves bar which is about 35 mins walk along the beach heading easterly towards Faro. An unexpected oasis. A 10minute walk to supermarket which contrary to what we had expected, we did not find unduly expensive. The same can be said of the wine shop near the VDL reception office. We didn't hire a car for the duration of our holiday - why would you when you are in one of the best locations in the Algarve? We hired a car for three days of our second week to explore further afield. It was very convenient to arrange that via Budget at the VDL reception area - not the cheapest but so convenient and we got an upgrade in the car we had ordered. The VDL reception can also order taxis for you which we organised specifically for catching an early start to Faro airport on the day we returned to the UK. The accommodation was accurately described in the owner's information. We spent as much time sitting outside on the various terraces and balconies as inside the house, very pleasant balcony on the front of the house at first floor level to have breakfast. It was definitely a house where you felt you were staying at someone's home as opposed to a specific holiday rental. The owner was very helpful and contactable via the WiFi available in the Praca area. For internet or IPad the bars or restaurants willingly advise the code. Would we go again - you bet! We visit Vale Do Lobo in June each year and have always enjoyed our stay at this property. The facilities are very good and clean with plenty of space. The location is ideal 5 minutes walk to the restaurants/swimming pool. We would always recommend this property and the owner is very friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this well designed villa, with the bonus of a five minute walk to a gorgeous, safe beach one of the many pleasures of the stay. The accommodation itself is really well set out, with good sized bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace which enjoys the benefit of some shade and excellent planting around the back of the villa. This proved to be a great place to take lunch when the sun was at its hottest. The sun terrace on the top of the building affords wonderful views out to sea. Both bathrooms are excellent and the furniture, including the beds, was robust but extremely comfortable. With three teenage children, it was a really good choice for a week away: we all had easily enough space to enjoy being in the villa together. The supermarket is only ten minutes walk away and has everything you need so f you don't wish to hire a car for your stay you will not be inconvenienced in any way. Restaurants of varying styles and character are down by the beach and a walk along the sands in either direction brings you to more wonderful places to have a decent lunch or an early evening meal. The beach is beautiful and the swimming is safe everywhere. One regret - we only had a week...

Vale do Lobo has that something about it to make a special holiday. Its clean, well planned with plenty to do as a family. This property couldnt be better postioned, only a short stroll to the main Praca and the beach, meaning the car can stay put all week if you choose to. The house was modern, immaculately clean and well looked after with a good array of facilities and the communication with the owners prior to arrival was warm and informative. The seating area to the rear is plentiful for civilsied family barbecues or early evening G&T's and the inclusion of freeview and the ipod dock welcomed by the teenagers. We purchased the weekly pass for the Rotunda swimming pool complex at 80?and split our time between there and the beach. We had some excellent meals out notably La Terrazza in the Praca, Marias a 15 minute stroll along the beach to the left and Julias a short drive aaway at Praia do Garrao Nascente. We'll definetly look to go back to this property for a fun relaxing holiday
