Grand confort de l'établissement placé sur la plage, au calme, ascenseur voiture. Equipement electro ménager très bien. Ambiance très sereine, immeuble très propre. Epicerie et pharmacie juste à côté. Restaurants de plage à proximité. Valence ville très agréable.

mauvais état de la terrasse en bois avec des lattes manquantes ou qui se détachent, c'est dangereux. pas de local vélo même si les vélos peuvent être dans le garage commun, ce n'est pas assez sécure pour des vélos de prix élevé. Quelques ampoules électriques manquantes ou défectueuses.Pas assez de couverts . Essoreuse à salade et saladier manquent. Peu de casseroles. Pas de torchon ni d'aspirateur

Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza que es más grande de lo que parece en fotos, la casa tiene muchas comodidades y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es genial en primera linea de playa en una zona muy buena.

The location was right on the beachfront. Walkable to everywhere. Host was very attentive and always on hand to assist if required. Bikes were available for the duration of our stay which was an unexpected surprise. Would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful aprtment.

If there was one thing that was not 100% I would say it was the shower. The water pressure was very low, but cannot really say that it was that much of a problem.

Right on the beach, this condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, the bathroom was huge and Tatiana could not have been more helpful! We appreciated the continued security service, the use of their bikes and beach chairs and a lovely balcony with table and chairs! We took the # 19 from the bus circle a couple blocks down and got off at the AC Hotel which was a couple blocks from the Oceanarium. We stayed in March which had the beginnings of the Las Fallas festival going on in the downtown areas. Very crowded but lovely to see! Would definitely return to this property, thank you again Tatiana!

cleanliness was excellent and location for the beach was first class. Hosts couldn’t do more for us ( use of bikes and beach towels was excellent )

Location. In spring The Beach is not your main Target. Therefore an appartment Closer To The Center Would Be Advisably. To go to the centre takes 45 to 60 Minutes by a bus with many many stops.

Appartment perfectly located at the front beach, with sea view from the balcony. We also appreciated the flexibility for the check-out.
