Stayed at Liv hotel near Patong Beach and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay feel warm and welcoming. Its prime location next to the beach was a huge plus, and the rooms were both spacious and impeccably clean. A definite recommendation for those visiting Phuket and love to stay to stay at Patong beach

This hotel provides a haven from the streets of Phuket and offers seafront views. Our fourth floor room had a large balcony with great views of the beach located across the road from the hotel. Our room was bright and sparkling clean thanks to excellent daily housekeeping. The communal areas round the pool are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a range of options including eggs to order. I really enjoyed the cooked Vietnamese options each morning.

The corridors at the back of the building leading to the rooms seemed rather cheerless- perhaps a few hanging baskets of plants would improve the ambience?

Quiet location away from the main Patong beach. The water pressure for the shower was great.

Didn't have the beach view - I was on the 1st floor and the roof blocked the sea view.

المكان حلو وموقعه جميل لكن الموظفين سيئين جدا لمدة ثلاث ايام ينقلونا من غرفه لثانيه لانهم قالو لا تحجزي عبر بوكينج ادفعي عندنا بنفس السعر وعطونا فطور مجانا ولما رحت قالت فطوركم امس انتهى وكمان تكذبني تقول انا امس تكلمت مع زوجك قلت لها طيب وكيف خديتي فلوسك ؟ مو انا نزلت البطاقه ! ودفعت رجعت زميلتها غطت عليها والمشكله اني دافعه حق اسبوع زياده لهم The employees are very bad and their behavior is impolite. The room was big location is really good also you can everything near the hotel, very nice staff

For a light sleeper like me is not recommended its kinda noisy cause its in front of the road

Staff are really friendly and the place is clean location is close to shopping area

The pool water is very cold you can’t swim I hope they can put temperature control heater so next visit we can swim

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well-designed hotel at the side of Patong Beach in quite area. Directly front of the beach and close to everywhere in Batong Beach.

Nice and clean, further away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. 15-20 minute walk from Bangla Road, there is a great Thai place 5 mins away near the markets. Definitely recommend. The place is good but further than we realised from the popular area.

The location it's a lot further than you realise. Although you are at the quieter end of the beach so you get to enjoy a good view of the sunset. The rooms are quite big but not much privacy given that they all face the pool. There wasn't a gym which was a shame and the pool is right in front so everyone can see you.

The hotel is located other end of the Patong beach nice quite atmosphere with breathtaking view of the beach. Hotel staff are wonderful, very friendly and hotel has breakfasts as well!

Hotel balcony was away to small. And bit of a walk from the main attraction
