My second time in staying here. My first trip for 2days last 5months was good. However my second trip i decided to stay 4nights . When i enter the room the sauna wasnt clean, i have to call them to clean up first. And i did request to some deco for my anniversary . But theres nothing there. Atleast inform..

A mon arrivée Les draps été très salle, avec des taches partout .
Inadmissible pour aucun hôtel, mais alors un 5 étoiles. Les piscine ne sont pas conforme, il manque de la faillance ce qui fait très mal au pied.
On avait l’impression d’être dans des piscines abandonnée. Franchement très déçu

Locatie was dicht bij patong beach.
Zeer slechte service! Totaal geen vriendelijk personeel! Mevrouw gaf aan dat er geen bagage opslag was bij receptie terwijl dit wel staat op booking.com. Verder totaal niet schoon. Bedden waren vies, jaccuzi was erg vies water was geel. Ziet er niet uit zoals foto’s conditie van hotel is niet hetzelfde als op foto’s!!! Denk goed na voordat je hier boekt

Beautiful property, private and serene. Clean rooms and around the resort were well kept and looked after.
Location was a bit far, meant taxi in numerous times a day which adds up financially.

Not really much to like about the property. The shower barely released any water and I had to wait 30 min for the water to get reasonably warm. The bidet smelt of sewer, the spa wasn’t private at all everyone could see and there was no pool view like I thought I was getting it was a rd view. The spa was also filthy with insects and leaves and barely worked. Quite disappointed
Spa, shower, bidet, lack of no privacy, no smart TV to watch Netflix, no kitchen and maintenance staff just walk in on you even if you’re sleeping just walk right in to your apartment, no boundaries and no privacy.

The staff was very unfriendly, and they didn’t help as when we need something and they looked for anything in the room to let you buy more, also our rooms have small in paths + air conditioner Water comes down

Its a big resort so if you want to go between your room and the lobby you’ll need to call the lobby and they’ll get you a ride

You can’t get in and out the hotel by walking, its on a high way so you’ll need a taxi to get in or out

We are visiting this resort since 2015 (2 - 3 times a year). It was a nice resort on the hill above Patong beach. Very close but away from the crowd and loudnes. People were friendly, everything was clean, well maintained, real pearl in paradise... Now it was our first time after the covid, but It seams like the covid has taken the shine of the sea pearl. Receptionist were unfriendly, there was no Thai warm kindness. Rooms were terrible. You can notice that there was no maintenance, everything is falling apart. Towels are dated with wholes. 2 days we had only one shower towel for 2 person,... There are all kinds of stains everywhere. (Check the pictures). I could go on and on.... Well, the good thing was that we only sleep in the hotel and we did not use anything else, so they could not ruin our vacation. But I am angry because I pay for the hotel with 5 stars. Somebody should take care about ranking the hotel!!! Anyway this was our last stay in this forgotten sea pearl. Please be careful, pictures shown by the site are old and covid just make some things even worse. If you have booked CANCLE IT!!!

the location was good, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the room I chose I was with a spa bath and we enjoyed it. overall experience was good and we really enjoyed this. the best thing I liked about the hotel was that the rooms are very spacious and there’s constantly hot water running.
breakfast area is far from the lobby so walking is there there sadly. there were too many red ants in the bathroom which specially surrounded the pot. I would recommend if you taking the spa bath rooms do take them on the top floor as we had the ground floor one and there might be chances u will have some things floating in them due to the bushes. house cleaning can come anytime when u not there but there’s nothing to worry and nothing bad happened to us but just be mindful of your belongings.

the rooms themselves were nice.
was almost too big a place, and very little people around when i was there. seems like once upon a time the hotel was really great. food in the restaurant was really expensive and getting a cab anywhere near was also expensive.

Reception service terrible! Not good! Our check in was 2 pm I knew we were going to be late 11pm so I let them know they said no problem however when we are arrived at our room it was not ready 🤔 so 12am they completed our room ! We have stayed in a lot of places and I’d have to say this was very disappointing! Breakfast was great !
